Every interaction we had with them from start to finish was great! We loved it so much that we actually went back for our anniversary and for a family reunion. It is one of the best places in the world as far as we are concerned.

The pool was nice (FYI -not heated. This did not stop my kids in February LOL). It had a nice laundry room I used a few times and bathrooms with showers. It's really close to the racetrack and shopping. It's newer and so they have some kinks they are working on, but the staff is helpful and responsive. I'd stay again if we are passing through Pensacola.

You sign a waiver and you have to weigh between 70 to 250 pounds for the zip line. Our two tour guides Jaeda and Spencer were amazing. As someone who's never zip lined before, they were comforting and patient. I think this zip line tour was good for beginners and kids. I think there were 10(?) zip lines that were approx 300 feet each. I'd prefer a longer one next time!

The staff is friendly and make sure that any issues you may have are quickly addressed. It'll definitely be my go-to location to stay when I'm in the area. One side note: The river does flood with lots of rain and you may have to move sites if there's a chance it will spill over. (Staff will let you know) Also, you're allowed two people or there's an additional charge so it could be expensive for a large family.

The folks who run the place Steve, Nikki, Chuck & Beverly are Great! You park on cement slabs and all the interior roads are asphalt. No trees to scratch your RV. BEWARE - Management Plays Favorites…read more I've traveled for 50 years and stayed in RV parks all over the U.S., and this was the worst experience I've ever had. There's a clear clique includes the manager, Michelle, and a woman who said she worked for her. A large white dog identical to the woman's jumped on my car and scratched the side of it -- and they insisted the dog was "never off leash." Witnesses told me they'd seen the dog off leash. In speaking with Michelle, she insisted her own dog was a "service dog" that it was the only one who could be off leash and it was "never more than 5 feet from her." Alabama law says otherwise, and her dog was not even with her at the time. The law says your property/yard/lot. Michelle works there, she doesn't own the RV park. If you're a Snowbird or traveling with pets, avoid this park. Regular guests get targeted while her clique gets away with anything.
