We were worried the parking situation at the airport would be a nightmare during Thanksgiving week, so we decided to try a local shuttle service for the first time. After seeing all the 5-Star reviews from previous customers, we decided to give Gone Coastal Shuttle a try -- since it is located in Navarre/Gulf Breeze. https://www.facebook.com/gonecoastalshuttle/ We couldn't have been more thrilled with the service. Dustin arrived 15 minutes early to help us with our luggage, unpacked all our bags at the airport, and a week later was waiting right on time at the airport to pick us up upon our return the following Saturday. FYI: Dustin is a retired law enforcement officer and told us he's setting aside the money he makes from his shuttle service to help pay for his daughter's college expenses. He is extremely courteous, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I love supporting local businesses, and this is one that definitely deserves our residents' support.

When it was time to come back home a few weeks later, our flight was delayed by 6 hours and we didn't arrive at the airport until 1 am in the morning. I stated we are at the front gate and meeting our family whom was staying there. Kaley stated "someone is in the gate shack." and promptly hung up on me. I got out of my vehicle and walked up to the gate shack to find an older women employee asleep. I said hello excuse me, she snapped awake and said oh I didn't hear you drive up. I said I'm frustrated because I was just hung up on and now I find you asleep out here. She apologized and said it's off season and we're deathly slow. I called the office again and spoke with Kaley again and said we're meeting my family here. Kaley began to question me and stated you need to immediately pay $40 to enter to see your family. We met up with our family and went in to speak with a manager. They stated the managers not here so tough deal with it. We payed the demanded $40 cash for said wristbands, Kaley took the money and said " I can't give you a receipt." Very suspicious is she pocketing the money? ! We went on and visited our family. I then again was absolutely disappointed in the customer service at the bar pool area, we told the bartender what had occurred and she laughed and repeated it's off season and so slow I'm almost asleep too. Absolutely lack luster and sad and devoid of any real positive customer experience. Then the absolute horrific things started to transpire. Were watching 2 life guards hang out at the bar way to long, then go around and sweep debris and remove rain water off things completely oblivious to their actual life guarding duties ie- watching for danger. The drinks and food and amenities were nice except for the bugs and mosquitoes everywhere. Staff need to be trained to have genuine guest service skills and at least pretend to care about there jobs. I feel disrespected, bullied and robbed and just the out right neglect of staff roles is enough to think what the hell? Is this a resort or a very expensive Waffle House with pools. I guess they do whatever they want when the manager isn't there. You can do much better than what we received and the way we were treated by staff. Not a Happy Camper! Campers Beware!! Your on your own in this place ya know cause it's slow and off season. Pathetic absolutely Patheti. I hope employee Kaley enjoys that $40 bucks she stole from our family.

They worked to help us set up the beautiful cross and arbor, they had chairs that saved us on an extra rental, and when the wind became too much for our guests, the staff had everything moved inside AND looking great within minutes. Every interaction we had with them from start to finish was great! We loved it so much that we actually went back for our anniversary and for a family reunion. It is one of the best places in the world as far as we are concerned.

Eagle's Landing RV Park was clean with large pull through sites. The laundry room has three washers…read moreand dryers. It was very clean and allowed you to pay with a credit card or coins. If you like to walk and get your steps in, there are plenty of rows to walk. It is all gravel, no cement slabs. You do have full hookup. The site was very quiet and near a small town that had a dollar store and a small store with gas. There is not much to do as the population is around 5K. We did go to two parks to walk our dogs. There was a stream with a beach to hang out at and tube, but no dogs are allowed. However, there was some trails to walk your dogs.

We needed a layover for several nights, before hitting Miramar Beach. The campsite itself was fine…read more I had zero issues with the layout and FHUs worked well. No amenities but we weren't planning to hit a pool. Only issue with this place - it's just not near anything less than a 30 min drive. We took our dogs to the river park which was nice but not something we would do multiple times. Tried a "nearby" brewery but that was a major fail. Knowing the area now, I would have picked another city to spend a few nights. Sorry Holt and really sorry Eagles Landing.
