Bought a Groupon and treated myself to a 60 minute hot stone massage & it was wonderful. My massage started on time & went the full 60 minutes. Ashley was my massage therapist and she did an excellent job of finding out where my problem areas were, making me feel comfortable, and making small talk. She took the time to make the massage unique to me. Typical massage music, soft lighting, and table. They do offer packages - I included a picture. I recently had a bad coloring experience and sought out help! To my good luck Haley had a cancellation and was able to work me in. She discussed my hair condition and options before "just cutting" the damaged ends. She had to cut several inches to begin the repair process and suggested some great products. I let her choose the best cut for me and apparently she made a great choice because everyone said it looked great! I so appreciate the time she spent with me during my appointment!! read more

This place just is not it. I've been going here for months and wanted to refer my sister as she was very interested in their services, so I simply called and asked if my sister could take my appointment date and time slot I had originally scheduled for myself instead of scheduling an entire other date for her. The woman on the phone stated it wouldn't be a problem. The day of the appointment I get a call from this place saying I need to pay AGAIN for the service I had already paid for because they don't "transfer services." That's like saying sorry, "I'll pay for our meal but I'm the only one that can eat it." I wasn't going to write a review , because at first I thought it was a legitimate mistake. However I can't stop thinking about the fact that no one reached out to make it right. I made an appointment for a massage almost 3 weeks in advance. Wrote it on my calendar, got a confirmation call the day before and when I left work early and showed up, they told me I was not down for 5:45, but 7:45. A bit annoyed I left work early, I went home and came back at 7:45. Now at 7:45 we had a new issue...someone else with the same name was also there for a massage. Long story long, the receptionist then said my name or number was not in the computer. (Mind you, I do have a voicemail confirming my appointment). She said she would speak with her manager the next day and they would contact me right away to schedule a new appointment. Several weeks have gone by and no one has contacted me to try and make it right. Disappointed in the customer service, I guess they didn't need my business. Double check your appointment if your making one. read more

She's professional, attentive, she makes you feel comfortable, she provides you with tips and provides wonderful conversation. Being new to Brunswick, I was looking for somewhere to have my nails done and came upon his salon. BIG MISTAKE !! I could immediately tell the nail tech had no idea what she was doing. I was tempted to walk out but gave her the benefit of the doubt. I should have left when she was unable to figure out how to turn on the uv light for my gel manicure (I had to show her the button on the side). Within hours my nails began to chip. But didn't want a repeat experience so just let it go. Yesterday, I went to my usual girl for mani. Not sure what she put in my nails...the tech there assured me it was a gel polish...NOT!! It took at least 30 min to get off my nails. The nails and skin around my nails are still stained pink I recommend that you do not go here for a manicure. What a disaster and poor excuse for a manicure. read more
