Return a week later with the same ash blonde highlight picture (I have brown hair, no it's not easy but if it's not possible SAY it's not possible), and another 2 1/2 hours later my hair is even more brassy & chopped with rainbow colors. My five year old literally called it a rainbow. I called the salon the next day once it dried, was told I'd get a return call, hours later I miss their call while at work and call back, put on hold, put back on hold again, told I'd get a return call in 30 mins, that was now last week. I paid over $100 just to cry for weeks wishing I had never let them touch my hair Chris, you are the same person, owner actually, who laughed at my Facebook review and blamed "box dye" for the issue when I repeatedly said I had only used dye from Sally's that was salon quality. All of which the hairdresser was made aware of before we started. In my first review above I already mentioned the second trip. I was ignored after that over and over. Trying to apologize over a year later is pretty unacceptable don't you think?

Years ago, I had a superior cut at the Dino Palmieri Strongsville Salon, so thought I would try Summit Mall.. They could fit me in on my schedule, so that was a great start! The Receptionist even took the time to answer all my questions the week beforehand. Everyone at the Salon was extremely nice, and welcoming. Carli took the time to truly understand my hair and what I wanted. She was friendly, engaging and knew how to work with my hair. I am a fading redhead with thick wavy hair and that means the highlights have to be just right. It's no easy task. She did an excellent job!!! The results were perfect! The costs were a little higher than some, but it was worth it to be there on a Sunday and have that great Customer Service experience. I was so glad to find a skilled and friendly Stylist/ Salon with great hours and Service!!! I will be visiting again on a Sunday!

I just went back for touch-ups and a highlight and couldn't be happier with the experience! The place is taking covid precautions very seriously, with temperature checks for clients and stylists. Both my stylists were so kind in explaining what the options were to achieve the results I wanted (natural looking lightening) and my hair has never looked better! They took the time to curl and style afterwards and are such friendly people. I also scheduled a facial and eyebrow wax with Lauren- amazing!!! My boyfriend has never noticed my eyebrows before but even he noticed how fabulous they looked! I have very sensitive skin and tend to burn in that area. The Chemogirls extensions were the only answer to restore my hair. These extensions are non damaging to the fine brittle hair, as they are held with a tree sap bond. Its an amazing process. I was so relieved to find that I could once again have a beautiful head of thick long hair, that I would actually get compliments on. I finally felt like myself again after all of the cancer treatments. I have been doing these extensions with Cheryl at ESBI since 2018. I will need this service a lifetime. Cheryl was trained from specialists all over the world! She has been a leading teacher on cutting edge color and cuts!! Her staff is continually learning new techniques from her.
