    I went to this Great Clips location for 2 times and was ok with the service that i've received for…read morethe money that i paid for. Yesterday, I used online Check in service to check in for my son and husband. When we arrived and provided the name to the lady who was at the counter at the time, we were checked in and were asked to be sitted. When the next available hair stylist came up to the computer to call us up, she called my name instead of my son's name. Anyhow, the lady was having an attitude saying i wasn't check in correctly online and giving her trouble. Then she brought my son to the chair and i was following. The hairstylist asked me how do i want my son's hair to be cut. I told her i want the back of his hair to be cut short. She said, "how short?" I told her about an inch. She stared at me and said, "an inch from where?" I am not a professional hairstylist but i would think an inch from the bottom of his hair cut about an inch up. She pulled the top layer of my son's hair and asked if it's an inch from there. I was not comfortable with her so i thought whatever, as long as she finished, i will leave. When she done the back of the hair, she called me back to look at it. I asked her to cut shorter for the back and she stared at me saying,"that doesn't look good" and not want to cut it. I insisted to have her to cut half an inch from there. Same as the side and front banks, she was having an attitude and told me that doesn't look good. I request her to cut the side bank above the ears, she said "ABOVE the ears???" Then she was sighed and just cut it. I don't know what's wrong with this lady or what she had went through for the day but I think this is not the service or attitude that a customer deserved. I wouldn't go back to this particular Salon at this location and strongly NOT RECOMMEND this location.

    SHE CUT OFF PART OF MY EAR! Well i honestly wish that i…read morecould say i had a good experience but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I didn't make an appointment but they were able to get me in quickly which i thought was great. The haircut started awesome and i didn't ask for anything fancy just needed to tame my hair a bit. Where things took a turn; was while the stylist was cutting my hair she cut part of my ear off. I kept calm and asked for an emergency kit. They didn't have that but did bring out a dry wash cloth some random gauze they had. The wound wasn't stopping bleeding and i asked if someone could drive me to the hospital or get me a taxi voucher to go over there. I ended up spending nine hours in the emergency room waiting to see a doctor. I followed up and asked the management team to contact me. I messaged the number that was given to me by their "concerned" district manager. Only to find out that it wasn't even his number that he gave me. I waited 4 days to hopefully hear from someone. Nothing. I'm not looking for compensation or anything of the sort. I simply wanted some level of follow up to know that they actually did care about their client that was injured as a result of negligence. I worked in hospitality for 12 years and i know that a little bit of care can go a long way. Hope this helps in your decision making to go here or not.
