Not only was it a reasonable cost because i know when you need rotors that can really get pricely, but they didn't try to tell me i needed something I didnt. We only needed rotors on the back & brake pads. I called Scott on Friday & he repaired my van Tuesday morning. I asked for repairs like he was repairing his own vehicle. I was back using my van by 5pm Tuesday. What a great job they did on my rear brakes! They told me I could probably get 35K before needing front brakes. To tell you the truth I'm glad the dealer told me to use Scott's for my brake repairs. The price of repairs was probably $200 less than the dealer would have charged too. Great work by an honest automotive service firm.

I like supporting small business but that's just ridiculous that you think someone should sit for over 3 hours my time is worth the 20 bucks I would've saved there
