First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. The money was well worth it for the amount of detail that was put into the report and made me feel more educated on the condition of the vehicle. I certainly will be back.

TBH I knew it had been having an issue for years as I had to 'jiggle' it to get it to turn since forever. But I drove to a grocery store and upon leaving it literally would not turn. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.

Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

Based on what I told him was happening, he diagnosed the problem as being the thermostat and said he can get this repaired the next day. So I dropped off my car a couple of hours later and literally less than 24 hours my car was repaired and ready for pick up. This will take more money, time and frustration. Pat failed to address that I asked him to quote the job prior to work being done, and instead he completed the work and then demanded what I felt was overcharging based on the scope of work. This is not how to professionally conduct one self. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and me having to discover his shoddy work later is the issue. The money is not the issue, but the approach he took is unethical. If you are okay with a mechanic that's untrustworthy, unreliable, unprofessional and takes zero accountability, this is the mechanic for you! If you choose to use this business you have been warned. I recommend having a backup professional to fix this guy's mistakes, and then plan on paying for work more than once. Like I stated earlier, mistakes happen, it's unfortunate this guy has no intention of learning from them. Communication is key. Don't cover up your mistakes and not take ownership. It makes you look bad. I do not recommend using this mechanic. I asked for a quote to remove locking lugs nuts on my wife's Kia, and after completing the job Patt told me the price which I thought sounded too high and was expecting to get a quote prior to the work being done, not after. I explained that I had no idea it was going to cost that much and he knocked $100 off the price. Later I discovered that Pat and another young man that works for him, had cross threaded 3 wheel studs on 2 different wheels. Given the time, money and frustration I would recommend saving your hard earned money and contacting a professional mechanic. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of integrity and poor communication are just bad business. Lesson learned on my end. I will never trust this guy to touch another vehicle again.
