I came by today to order up my son's jacket and it was a great experience. They are knowledgeable and attentive. Great communication on my order as well. Cristine helped me so much and I appreciated her patience with me because I had a lot of questions regarding the jacket layout. If I could give zero stars I would. Be prepared to total up your own job quote as all they'll provide is a per item fee , set up fee, printing fee and want you to figure your total out. The lady (Carolyn) has been rude and given me the run around for 3 days. Extremely poor customer service. If I'm spending $1000's at a business I hope to get better service. I had them embroider my robe for my wedding SUPER last minute. They were accommodating, welcoming, kind, and had a very fast turn-around! I felt so at ease!! They even took it upon themselves to text me proofs of many different fonts to ensure I was happy with the one I chose! I told them to match the color of the lace on the sleeves and choose whatever size they think looks best, and they NAILED it! I was in Lake Elsinore today for my daughter's softball tournament and my daughter grabbed the wrong Dri-Fit Jersey for her game this morning, and she needed her Dri-Fit that had her number on the sleeve of her jersey. I started looking around my hotel to see if there was any 1 closed it could do a heat press as quick as possible. I found this place 3 album and got there just before they opened, and once there employee or manager, I'm not exactly sure who she was, got there she asked me when I needed it and I said right now. LoL she immediately got up turned on her machines and really came through for me and my daughter. This place is the closest to home that sells scrubs! They have a variety of COLORS/SIZES/BRANDS ! And amazing prices! Recently went in and bought a whole set under $40 will be coming every paycheck for a pair! Thank U! Work in medical/dental/health field can be pricey! I'm Always driving by this place and it was finally time for me to buy new scrubs. I was able to stop in and see the amazing selection they have from all different sizes, brands and colors, all for such a great price. I will be purchasing my scrubs from them on a regular basis and they will definitely have future business from me as well for embroidery and design. Definitely recommend this place!! I did not have a good experience here. I brought in 8 black Polo type work shirts in to have a 5 letter logo sewn in. I've had dozens of shirts embroidered before but I went here because the shop is near my new house. The lady behind the counter was dismissive and snooty. I offered a digitized form of the logo and picture but she brushed all that if and said it was just a small jod and she did not want it. I left the shirts and texted her a pic of the logo . I received a proof pic on my phone 6 days later and it looked great. I approved the proof. I arrived the next on the day they said it would be ready ( took of work early ) and it was not ready. I arrived the next day, and what was on the shirt was totally different than what she had sent me. She immediately started with a snooty attitude about files are different and things can not be exact. But this was waaaay off. It was pencil thin and I have a bold font. They dont seem to underatand about font size. Turns out that she sent me the wrong proof. She said that she does not always underatand these smart phone pic and she may need to have some show her again. But this was after I spent 20 min proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that it was their mistake. And they still were reluctant. They finally said that they would try to fix it but can not guarantee they could. I left another work shirt with the proper logo for them to reference and made sure they had the pic that I did approve so they could reference them. 5 days later I still did not hear from them. I called them at the end of the 5th day and she acted surprised. And said that they are just now starting it and would let me know tomorrow in a very short way. I received a proof that was at the low end of my acceptance level. But at this time I just wanted it to be over with. I picked up the shirts the next day and left. But upon further inspection when I got them home. I noticed the stitching was not even ( slightly jagged on the lettering ), and the black color of the shirt was seeping through the thread, and the thread was loose and just very poor quality. I don't even want to go back. They were dismissive and very short. They did not want to listen to anything I had to say about what I was looking for.. at all. Combined with the poor communication, slow response to fix their mistake, and the poor quality. They get one star. I've been getting work shirts and work clothes embroidered for over 20 years. I should have stayed with my old shop. I've also been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. I know poor customer service when I experience it. read more
