Logo Max embroidered my sash incorrectly by swapping the placement of my name and major. When I contacted them, they admitted the mistake and told me that attempting to remove the embroidery would likely damage the sash, effectively ruining it. I live in Los Angeles and could not repeatedly travel back to Chino to correct a mistake that was not mine. Rather than taking responsibility for the inconvenience and additional costs caused by their error, they insisted I return to their shop despite knowing my scheduling limitations. Even more concerning was how they communicated once reimbursement was discussed. After I requested that any mailed check include tracking so both parties could verify delivery, I received aggressive and hostile emails from Riaz Deejay (images attached). These are not the kinds of responses customers should receive from a business owner when attempting to resolve a problem caused by the business itself. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them. Instead of professionalism, accountability, or customer service, I experienced hostility, personal attacks, and an unwillingness to take full responsibility for the consequences of their own mistake. If you are ordering something important, time-sensitive, or difficult to replace, I would strongly consider taking your business elsewhere. ALSO, if you're a recent grad, go somewhere that won't belittle you for your accomplishments!

Rancho Embroidery is a mom and pop shop inside Rancho Mall. Once you enter through main doors, walk…read moreto your first right and they will be on your left hand side. Super quick same-day service! I dropped off my grad sash to get 4 areas embroidered. 3 areas were $20 and one area was $15. Total was $75+tax. I've called different embroidery shops as well as contacted some places via Yelp and they all quoted me 7-10 days or 2-3 weeks as turnaround time since we are getting into the busy grad season. Rancho Embroidery is super quick with their service: dropped off sash at 2:45pm, received text it was ready at 4:00pm and I arrived to pick it up at 4:45 pm just before they closed at 5:00pm. They do close on Tuesdays. Note that for greek letters, they only have one type of font available. The owner and his wife show you the sketch on the computer and then they will put tape on the sash to make placement of where you want the embroidery to be. I highly recommend them for rapid turnaround service!

I walked in to M and M and talked to, who I'm assuming is the owner, and he was able to place my order that day for the tanks. I chose the font and colors based on what the bride wanted. He had them done and ready to be picked up within four days! It was awesome!! I will definitely be back for more custom orders

The shop has various assortment of beads, threads, yarns, buttons and more. They also have handmade doilies, crochet pot holders, handmade book cover, craft kit for adult, crochet bookmarks and many beautiful items. We arrivedved at closing time, but Phebie's was so nice. She let us shop around and she waited for us. We tried to shop quickly. I wish I could spend longer time there. Definitely, I will go again.

We were invited to take a trial class today, it turned out marvelously as my little one was able to get individual attention and step-by-step guidance from Phebie. She can't stop talking about what she learnt on the ride home and of course she can't wait to come back. Phebie is a natural teacher in sharing her love for knitting. The shop is a beautiful space showcasing rare talents for an art form that is sadly often overlooked by mass produced quick fashion of the season. The yard shop is within the Claremont packing house, acai bowls, coffee, lunch, bookstore are all within the building with free parking next door to boot, it is a great place to spend a day.
