We needed a few shirts embroidered in 4 days. I contacted a few other places. Most didn't respond, some wanted to charge a "rush fee" and one woman got angry and hung up on me because she was too busy and I didn't give her enough notice. My husband went in yesterday and the girl that works the front desk gave him attitude. When he actually went inside everyone was in the back talking and one of the guys actually saw him but didn't offer to help. He had to ring the bell for someone to come. Today he goes back to get a quote and the same girl gave him attitude again. Why do you guys have her working in the front with customers when she has no customer service. I am so impressed with Oromar! Tatiana is extremely helpful and very sweet to work with. I have had 5 custom shirts made within the last couple months and they have all turned out even better than I imagined! I found a design I liked online (30th Birthday, baby onesie, custom pregnancy tanks) and Tatiana was able to match them perfectly. As a high school coach, this was my only stop for silk screening and embroidery. For 7 years they embroidered hundreds of uniforms and bags, and silk screened as many T shirts for us. Their custom designs are excellent, and once you pay for the initial set up, you're only paying the standard silk screening or embroidery prices on future orders -- perfect for teams that will be continuing year after year. Oromar meets its contract deadlines, is professional, and does excellent work. I just popped in as a new grandmother with Christmas stockings. Staff are friendly and helpful, but Oromar would not correct their blatant mistakes. I ordered 120 shirts with simple text centered across the chest. The first printing: well over half were totally off-center...not just a little but overtly noticeable. An employee measured several and agreed. So, Oromar offered to re-print. I did NOT ask for a discount or anything...I just wanted the shirts done correctly, so that I could sell them for my burgeoning business. The 2nd printing: still over 10% of the shirts are noticeably off-center. An employee looked at them and measured them. He stated that I was correct. So, i asked to be refunded for those 15 shirts. Oromar said 'No,' and they would not re-print again, because they were too busy. Blatant mistakes should be corrected by Oromar. read more

Richard and his staff ruined my complete order. They ruined exspensive merchandise and printed everything the wrong size. Tatiana is rude and shouldn't be working in customer service. Long story short, no refund, ruined my clothes, no remorse about their errors. Their turn around time was a lie from what they told me initially. I would never ever go back to them. I highly recommend you use someone else who is professional and cares about their customers. I can't believe these guys are even in business still. Oromar came to the rescue. After calling several embroideries in the area I had no success in finding a location that would complete my order same day. After calling Oromar and speaking with Tatiana she mentioned that they could fulfill my order of embroidery on 12 full size equipment bags but I would need to pay an expedite fee. Understandable as that is the price of doing business in a pinch. However, adding the fee would put me over what was budgeted. In any event feeling defeated on a Friday afternoon, I decided to drive down to Oromar and drop off the bags since they could get them done by Monday without the expedite fee which was still better then anyone else. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner (Rich I believe). I left the order with him and mentioned to him if there was anyway you could get these 12 bags done today without the expedite fee you would make a lot of boys happy for their weekend tournament. Rich mentioned he would speak to Tatiana and see if they could get it done. I left for the most part thinking the order would be completed by Monday. 2 hours later I receive a call from Tatiana letting me know the bags are ready for pickup. I was super excited to learn this so rushed down to the shop. The bags came out perfect and Oromar waived the expedite fee even though they completed the order in 2 hours. They didn't have to do this for me. They knew I was in a pinch and they came to my rescue. From Reading the others reviews it appears the negative reviews mainly come during a short period of time. Look at their overall body of work. I strongly recommend Oromar for embroidery services. Their prices are extremely competitive. Not to mention Tatiana and Rich are amazing! Thank you! read more

Don't waste your time or money going to this place! Their ego is way too big for the product they produce. I had shirts made with artwork I provided that had my company name and a simple graphic. When I got the shirts, the name was noticeably crooked, angled. I took them back only to be insulted and harassed. The lady at the front said they looked fine to her. When I had my wife try one on, with the word placement was"accentuated" and it really looked crooked! She immediatley told my wife to take if off and still insisted nothing was wrong. She told me to look at them and tell me which ones I had a problem with. I picked the first shirt up and examined it for a few seconds. She then said, "Well if you have to examine each shirt for 5 minutes then they are probably fine!" With that I walked out to cool off. When I returned I went to the back to talk to someone else. I was told that I was only one of two people that ever had a problem with their product in the past 25 years. Really? No wonder these people are so full of themselves! I told them that all I wanted them to tell me was that this was the best product they could produce and I would happily be on my way. They got extremely defensive and made insulting remarks like, "I knew you were going to be trouble when I saw your artwork and how precise you had it" So according to them, being precise is a bad thing? He also said, "The material you chose is not the best for this type of artwork." I asked him why he didn't tell me that when I ordered them, he was the expert, I was just a customer that doesn't know any better." He said what I was asking was crazy and that he was "speechless." Ditto. He also pointed to the store bought t- shirt I was wearing telling me how crooked it was. I told him it wasn't crooked enough for me not to buy it. Finally, "his" brother stepped in and after looking at the shirts, agreed that half the shirts were unacceptable, and agreed to do them over. Ureka! He said that the silk screeners sometimes pull that type of shirt wrong off the board and causes it to set wrong. He is my hero in the story and apologized for his brother, wasn't sure what was "up with him." The lady in the front later apologized to me and I told her that her sarcasm was unwarranted and not acceptable. After I picked up the shirts, the main guy came out and apologized, nothing sincere, just damage control. Do the right thing and avoid this place at all costs! I am now going to have my products done at the Costco Business Center in Commerce, CA. The place I originally wanted to use but thought I would help out the local economy, which I will still do, just NEVER here! read more

I love this place! I have been using their services for over 15 years and have always received an awesome product. Most of the time I had just a vague idea of what I wanted in artwork but they took the time to help me create the image I was trying to portray from schools, to church events, rodeos, and sporting teams. At every event where their shirts are involved, I get so many compliments and sell out of the shirts. They make it easy for me to order more shirts and they get them to you fast. Every year I buy dozens of their Superbowl shirts and people ask all year to make sure I put an order for their shirt. I would highly recommend that you use them. They also do embroidery which works out to have my hats and polo shirts embroidered. I tell everyone I know to get their shirts and gear taken care of at Oromar. They are awesome! read more

I have only been here once and it will be my last time. I came here to ask some questions about ordering a batch of company tshirts. I've never ordered prints made before so I wasn't exactly sure how the process would go. The lady at the front did not help me at all with what I needed. She pretty much gave me one word answers and answered by asking me questions sarcastically, almost mockingly. I have never felt so unwelcome before and it was quite uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and never returned. If you know exactly what you want and don't have any questions or concerns, then you should check out this place. But if this is your first time getting printed clothing done, I would suggest going somewhere else. This is more of an industrialized business, not meant for regular consumers. read more

I placed an order last week. The order was to be ready by Saturday if the order was not going to be ready on time I would be notified. I arrive to pick up my order to find out that they are closed on sat. I show up Monday afternoon only to find out that my order has yet to be started. Poor customer service and untimely promise of product. My husband dropped off a jacket about a month ago and has been in there twice to check on it. He was told it would be done in 2 days just to get his name put on it. And it's not done to date which today is April 11. And all the girl could say was sorry the guys not here do you just want to take your jacket, so I took the jacket and I'm taking it elsewhere and will never do business with oromar again!!! read more

I ordered hats from this company twice and both times they screw up my order, and like fool I can back. The hats I got the first time was useless because when you sweat the hats turn colors. They need to improve the quality of their product line. The second time my order took so long I cancelled and went with someone else. They sent me black n white mock ups and tell me that their system is down to only review the design and notjing else....then they print the wrong colors and completly ignore the special instructions given.... So after writing a bad review about being told to pick up my merchandise and go else where on 4/20/2018. I received a phone call this morning from business owner Rich. I immediately hung up on him. Hours past and at 7:32 pm Rick called me again. Note the business closes at 5:30 pm. He begged me to hear him out. I listened after telling him I have no desire to speak with him etc.. He begins to bash his Employee Mary telling me he fired her because she bounced my job around. He kept dumming me down, attempting to make me feel like this is all my fault. How did i get entangled in this abusive emotional love triangle.He continued to try to get me to talk bad about being forced to fire employee Mary because of me somehow, I refused to feed into it. I was the victim here of the emotional roller coaster I was forced to endure. Read previous yelp reviews stemming back to 2013.. He then tells me he called me due to a formal complaint I filed on him with the BBB. After about 5 minutes or so on the phone of this insanity, he tells me he that he has been recording me the entire time. I told him that i'm sick of his psychological head games, and to leave me alone. It is against the law to illegally record someone without their knowledge. I told him that. he replies " I don't plan to use it against you"... wait a minute.. How am I being manipulated when I am the victim...So sick of his demented mind games. On 4/20/2018 I already did what was asked of me, which was to pick up my stuff and go elsewhere. I never went back to his establishment. I am so upset right now. I feel like Rich is stalking/harrassing me. Best believe I am filing another complaint about his unethical, unprofessional conduct with the BBB. Please Rich do not contact me anymore, or I will be forced to file a police report.. Just know if you do business with Rich this is will happen to you too..!!!!!! Now I am worried he will find out where I live. I feel like he was trying to intimidate me and lure me into one of his many sick games he played with me the entire time I attempted to do business with him...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE "BE AWARE"...11 days later he is still harassing me allover a bad yelp review where i spoke the truth. As you can tell he never responded to the initial review...!!!.. Police report already filed.. Soon a restraining order will be in place..!!! Looked around for a while to find a good screen printer and found Oromar. We need our roller derby uniforms in a hurry. We told rich what we were looking for so later that day he had 3 different options for us!
