I cannot say enough about the experience we had last night at this gallery. 30 of us out of towners we're celebrating a 90th birthday. I coordinated closely with the owner for weeks. She was incredibly friendly, flexible, available, and the price of renting the e tire space was very reasonable. She came in early to accommodate the caterer and stayed late. Now the space. Wow! The outside is delightful and perfect for a party! The inside is beautiful and fun fun fun! We set up the dinner buffet inside and the bar. We are outside and had a sing along on the beautiful piano after dinner. So perfect. Bottom line - if you need a venue for a party look no further. And this is from someone who has only written three yelp reviews in my life. I save them for the five plus stair experiences - which this was. read more

I had my sons going away party here. Its such a cool space. Friendly staff that helped with everything! They offer preferred caterers and we used their taco guy-delish! They don't have a liquor license but they partner up with Vom Fass a local wine and spirits place that can set you up or you can so your own bar. I've taken a couple of wine and paint classes here and it was really fun. They always have very cheerful instructors that don't rush you. Plenty of paint and brushes. I like that there's another helper that pours wine, and then comes around every 15 minutes or so to give refills if you want. By the way, the wine was good and it was included. There aren't any snacks, so it might be nice to bring your own cheese and crackers and perhaps share. I really love that the painting class is in an art gallery. All that art keeps you motivated and inspired. Really fun, I'll definitely do it again. read more

My lovely best friend and I came across this place after a stroll post-dinner in Coronado. It was during this stroll that we discovered they had paint n sips on wednesdays and saturdays. We came across this place on Friday and made sure to stop by on Saturday for their class which takes place from 6-8pm. It was a wonderful experience. Penny is a wonderful host and Justine led the art class with such poise and patience. I've always thought that I was only good with words and always struggled with creating anything visually. 45$ for unlimited drinks and wonderful memories. After a lot of online searching and calls for an event space on the island, I was lucky to find the gallery to host a wedding welcome party for about 115 guests. Penny was a true joy to work with! She was very accommodating and helpful in creating the event we were hoping for. Once all of our guests arrived, everything was already set up and ready to go. The Emerald C Gallery staff were also so friendly and were there when guests needed assistance with anything. There is a lot of wonderful art featured there, you could probably spend a good amount of time enjoying it all. Fantastic place to host an event and definitely worth a visit! read more

Pre COVID- went during their wine and paint night. It was a super fun experience and I'd love to do it again. I forget her name but the owner was super welcoming and kept the glasses full throughout the night. The paint instructor was fabulous and walked around helping everyone. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the art in the store is beautiful. They provide everything including the paint/paint brushes and an apron. Overall great experience! I went for a wine and paint night and it was so fun - outdoors, social distanced and there was even live music playing. This place was just the gem we were looking for..There is just something special about finding places like this where we live..We were just taking a walk after grabbing a bite to eat and stumbled onto this Gallery..So you know how my reviews go ..Pros and Cons Pros: 1.The two ladies that were working there, one was an art teacher forgive me for not remembering their names because they were absolutely delightful.. So happy and jazzed about their place LOVE THAT! 2.Your eyes just cant keep up with all that is around you how cool is that you want to see it all at one time .. 3.Because all the artwork is all locally made is just another cool aspect . 4. The lay out is great upstairs outside ..pottery woodwork jewelry just so much=) 5. Now here is the kicker ..are you ready....drum roll .they have art classes!! all kinds and for instance $ 40.00 dollars will get you a pottery class "ALL material included!" and you can work on it and come back later to finish it up .. Cons: Im trying really hard to think of one but I cant .. sorry The prices were great and to be honest with you being right off the strip I was not expecting that at all..You more expect artsy kind of stuck up when you think Gallery just sayin.. I know there was a big lot but no sure if that was for parking .. I went to the Grand Opening of this Garden Center in Coronado behind the Brigatine. We havent had one in Coronado for a long time. Even though it is small, I was not disappointed, they have a nice selection of multiple type of plants and everything can be ordered. The manager, let me pick a plant and he planted it right there in the pot I picked. Definitely, a place I will be visiting regularly! read more

It was my first time for the painting and sipping event, we had the best time! The staff is excellent and very fun! Within 30 minutes we met all of the other participants and we laughed and shared stories, took photos. I have gone to events like this before and we had to bring our own wine, they furnished the wine and it was quite good. Highly Recommended for couples, singles and groups. read more

I enjoyed the gallery they have some amazing artists. The problem for me was after I purchased my items and arranged for the gallery to have them shipped to my home. I was told that shipping would be around $150 but definitely not more than that. I was also told that they would ship my items via fed ex first thing on Monday morning as I made my purchases on a Friday night. Long story short, they didn't ship my stuff until The following Friday afternoon and charged my credit card $300. without my consent. I was told originally that I would be notified of the shipping details via email. That never happened and after repeated calls and messages to the gallery I finally got a Facebook message from the owner. She either lied to me about the shipping details or she didn't have a true grasp of the details regarding the matter. Two days later I received the invoice for shipping which was $216....not sure why they charged $300 on my credit card. I did speak with the owner on the phone and she was rude and disrespectful. She basically said that she was very put out that her staff had to take time to get my items shipped and I didn't appreciate their efforts. In short, the gallery has some great artists but it suffers from poor management and a lack of ethics. So, visit the gallery but don't have anything shipped to you and DO NOT give them your credit card information. read more

A friend told me about this gallery. I have now gone to a few of the Dip and Sip evenings and really enjoyed myself! The staff is friendly and provide a great atmosphere to relax and paint. For someone like myself who is not very talented in the painting department, they are patient with you and I actually came out of there with a painting that almost resembled the picture we were trying to create! I love having this activity available to us here on the island and look forward to bringing my girlfriends there knowing they will really enjoy it! read more
