When we requested a refund, they refused, even though they were well informed by this point that the item was counterfeit. I would not purchase from this shop ever. Although they do note on their door that they do not offer refunds, if you are selling a fake product and marketing it as authentic (as they are still doing, in the store and online, even though they know it is absolutely fake), any shop with integrity would stand behind their product and issue a full refund. Bad business, and have been reported to the government.
