I'm in PCB for two months and ECCF has been a great place to continue my workouts! Mike is attentive and knowledgeable. Nan helped me set up my payment. Athletes are friendly and encouraging. There are quite a few times during the day when you can join a class which makes it easy to fit in your workout around your vacation plans. ECCF uses the Wodify app, so workouts can be logged into the same app we use at our CF gym in Ohio. I highly recommend this box! read more

The owner Mike is amazing. Long story short, he helped me and my twin brother out a few years ago when we were 23 years old on the road and had basically nothing. He let us workout there and film content for the few months we lived in PCB to grow our social media following and now online coaching business. Dropped in while vacationing in PCB. Emailed Mike in advance and filled out the waiver online - easy peasy. $10 drop-in fee! That was a nice surprise. Had a great workout. Warm up was sufficient, some lifting to start and then a Metcon. Programming was solid with scaled options available. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great gym, great people and coaches. Dropped in for the week and everyone was very welcoming. The fee for the week was a great deal. The equipment is very good. While vacationing at the beach, I called to see about dropping in and Mike didn't even hesitate to welcome me in at any class that worked for my schedule. I chose the 11:30A class and it was an easy 10 minute drive over there. The facility is clean, easy to find from the road, and Mike was very friendly and welcoming. It's $10 to drop-in or $25 for a T-shirt and 2 drop-ins. The workout was great and Mike was very attentive especially since I didn't know where all of their equipment was kept or even where the 400m lap run was. He helped me with my Olympic Lifting - specifically my cleans. The workout included strength and a EMOM metcon which was a good burner. I definitely wanted to come back the next day but ended up sleeping through the morning to work out :( I definitely recommend this CrossFit box for great coaching and its clean/well-equipped facility. Dropped in while visiting 30a. It's not close, but it was worth the drive. Mike was very friendly and welcoming and even let my 10 year old jump in and WOD with me. Drop ins are $10, but they waive that if you buy a t-shirt. Unlike Crossfit 30A, they allow drop ins any class time. And they moved weight. I've been going here for about 3 years. It's not just a gym but a supportive community of genuinely nice people. Mike and Becca are very inclusive and work hard to scale the difficulty for those who are new or not strong enough for the prescribed workout. I first came to the gym to get strong in preparation for a hip replacement surgery, and I got very strong. After surgery Mike worked hard to modify the workouts to not injure my healing body. I love this gym and will continue to go there as long as I live in the area. read more

Mike was awesome! In Florida for a wedding and my cousin is a cross fit devotee. Mike did an introductory class for 6 of us -- sisters and cousins. Mike is very knowledgeable and was a great teacher. The gym is on Thomas Drive in an old garage - don't expect a spa! read more
