I've the annual membership for $399 and that doesn't include their fitness classes although it should! But I usually go there for cardio anyway so it doesn't matter. The equipment and the facility are both clean. Their hours could be better on the weekends. They close by 6pm and it should a little longer. During the week days, their hours are longer. For the folks that live in the PCB area, this gym is the most convenient. The only other con I found is that this place has no ellipticals and I love using an elliptical. They have plenty of cross trainer machines but they should have more variety of equipment. Other than that, I still recommend this place.

Being able to consistently book classes at least twice a week is critical in any type of workout program. People, that work, can't rely on booking every class on a waitlist when their credits are released because classes are completed booked 3 weeks out and hope they get in...which is management's only solution To the problem. Don't recommend until they add classes or come up with a solution that enables folks to schedule 2 classes a week without relying on waitlists.

Courtney the teacher was helpful and friendly. There was something calming about hearing the waves purr in the background while doing chaturanga. Arms and shoulders were varying degrees of sore the next day. We peeked at the Zumba class going on after yoga, and it looked like a high-energy party. If we were staying in PCB longer, we definitely were up for trying out more classes. So yeah, exercise being a highlight of our trip sounds very strange but it was!

If you want a studio that will watch your children while you do yoga, or if you would like your child to take dance instruction, then this is the place for you. If you'd like a quiet setting to practice yoga in, then you should probably look elsewhere. Said children and dance lessons will be all you hear while you're trying to focus. They do also offer yoga on the beach though, so that is also an option if that's your thing. All in all it's not a bad studio, but it's not what I'm personally looking for.
