After that, I tried to cancel my membership, and it turned into months of frustration. I visited the location multiple times trying to resolve it. The first time, the guy at the front desk told me I was "not in the system" and that my membership was already cancelled. Then I was charged again the next month. When I returned, he told me to have my bank block the transaction instead of actually helping cancel it. After another charge, I went back again and gave my information so the owner could call me. The owner never contacted me. On my fourth visit, I dealt with a different employee--a woman with tattoos who said she was the manager. She started off polite, but became irritated when I explained I had been trying to cancel for months and demanded it finally be handled. The biggest issue is that when I signed up, no one clearly explained the cancellation process. Then during all my return visits, staff continued giving wrong information and never told me the proper way to cancel. Only later was I told I needed to download an app or go online, and then I was told I had to pay more money to cancel. To make matters worse, the manager found my account quickly using my phone number and realized I was under a different name. That means the staff on my previous visits were either untrained or unwilling to properly help me, because all they ever did was search my name and send me away. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a cancellation process that feels designed to keep charging people. I would not recommend this location. Owner responded to my google review calling me a liar! Below is my update.... Your response proves the exact issue I described--deflecting responsibility instead of properly addressing customer concerns. I visited multiple times asking to cancel, was repeatedly given incorrect information, and continued being charged. Those are factual events, not dishonesty. I'm also willing to visit the location at a mutually convenient time to settle this matter professionally. I can play the recording from my conversation with the staff member I spoke with yesterday, including the part where I asked if I could leave my number for the owner to call, and she responded that she could take the number but that he was not going to call. Instead of protecting face and calling customers liars, do a proper investigation. Review your staff interactions, check the camera footage, and look into how this situation was handled. I am fully willing to meet with you and your staff to resolve this and show that what I stated is truthful. Use this as an opportunity to improve your business for the better. I've read the negative reviews , specifically about canceling a membership. There were no issues canceling the month to month membership. The staff showed me how to cancel it online. The staff was always friendly and the facility is clean. I went often and each night the staff would clean the gym. The gym is not exceptionally large, but does accommodate the typical crowd. I can't say the equipment is new state of the art, but is very adequate: I had the basic membership, so I can't comment on the other offerings. Overall, if you're looking for a short or long term workout facility, Workout Anytime is an great choice.

The equipment and the facility are both clean. Their hours could be better on the weekends. They close by 6pm and it should a little longer. During the week days, their hours are longer. For the folks that live in the PCB area, this gym is the most convenient. The only other con I found is that this place has no ellipticals and I love using an elliptical. They have plenty of cross trainer machines but they should have more variety of equipment. Other than that, I still recommend this place.

I enjoyed my time at Fitness Junky, however I will no longer be going to Fitness Junky after a New Year's incident I had with the lady that works at the front desk. Upon entry with my girlfriend, I scanned my key card and mentioned that she would be working out with me (not a problem previously). In almost a fit of rage the lady said, "Do you even have a membership here?!" As if this gym is some sort of exclusive environment to "outsiders." Astonished by her tone of voice and unprofessionalism I stood their confused in front of other gym-goers (mind you I see this lady on a daily basis, and our interactions are usually kind and brief). Quite the opposite towards my girlfriend. I believe this interaction could have been dealt with in a much different (professional) way, than her otherwise scolding/entitled behavior and manners. I ended up paying for a day pass reluctantly for my girlfriend, and we left the front desk after being adamantly told, "And make sure you are out by 6." It was 4:30pm. Under no circumstances will I attend a gym regularly that disrespects me, or my loved ones. I will take my work ethic elsewhere. Thank you.

Courtney the teacher was helpful and friendly. There was something calming about hearing the waves purr in the background while doing chaturanga. Arms and shoulders were varying degrees of sore the next day. We peeked at the Zumba class going on after yoga, and it looked like a high-energy party. If we were staying in PCB longer, we definitely were up for trying out more classes. So yeah, exercise being a highlight of our trip sounds very strange but it was!

If you want a studio that will watch your children while you do yoga, or if you would like your child to take dance instruction, then this is the place for you. If you'd like a quiet setting to practice yoga in, then you should probably look elsewhere. Said children and dance lessons will be all you hear while you're trying to focus. They do also offer yoga on the beach though, so that is also an option if that's your thing. All in all it's not a bad studio, but it's not what I'm personally looking for.
