The master bedroom has a private door onto the patio which was super nice! The condo was clean, and spacious. Two big bedrooms, both with King size beds gave plenty room for us to spread out and move around. The biggest bonus was the QUEEN size bunk beds! There are two pools on the property that are beachside, and the beach is easily accessible. We like the fact that there are beach chairs right there for rent and you can also rent jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides and boat trips to Shell Island. Across the street behind Alvin's Island you can rent golf carts. The condo kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. There is also a full-size washer and dryer that was great to have to wash daily beach wear. I loved the fact that the parking garage was attached with a walkway, and you didn't have to attempt crossing the busy street with all your luggage and groceries. To access this condo, there is actually another elevator located on the west end of building. Made it easier to get to and from the condo. The main elevator on the 3rd floor at the walkthrough gets really busy at check-in and check-out time. Condo is close to great shopping, eating places and Pier Park. Right across the street from Shuckums. The only issues we had with the condo were minor for the most part. The blender in the kitchen didn't work. The shower head in the guest bathroom was made so that it would not angle all the way down and would spray out of the shower onto the floor if you opened door to get in/out. the guest bedroom REALLY could use some Blackout curtains. Alvin's Island is directly across the street and their lights stay on ALL NIGHT which makes it really bright in the bedroom. If you're a light-sensitive sleeper like me, you'll never get to sleep! I actually slept on the couch one night. The biggest issue was the sliding barn door closure on the kitchen closet. It is not secured with a guide on the floor and easily comes off the track when trying to open. It even fell completely off the track once and fell over onto my granddaughter. Fortunately, it did not injure anything or break. This is the most serious issue and really needs to be fixed/secured. All in all, the condo was great, our trip was great, and the weather was great. I would definitely go back to Aqua 511 again. Couldn't ask for anything better!

No book with rules or explanation of checkout outside a hidden thing in closet in hallway barely able to read such small print. The bed in the king size room smelt like little kid had wet the bed. The bedding should be cleaned properly when turning over rooms. The furnature needed a cleaning dusty curtains stained yellow from smoking or who knows what it was nasty. Had to run the water for five minutes to wash hands in the king size bedroom. The soap made my son break out. This is not a drug or smoke free place. They had air fresheners all over the sky bar area I can see why because on our third day they had taken them all down and the whole sky bar area smells of mildew. 2 of the 4 elevators were out of order. The staff was super nice. The view of ocean was beautiful. The mattress comfortable outside of smelling piss.

Now, we are at the beach so that means no showers to clean off. Toilets can't be flushed except for jugs of water provided by Wyndham. When asked for a ETA for the water to be turned back on we get no timeframe. Poor management decisions and lack of customer service is why I will NEVER stay here again and will tell others to never stay here as well.

My room was equipped with microwave, mini-fridge, TV, a sofa, table and chairs, a small coffee maker, AC/Heater, dresser, night stands with lamps, an open place for hang-ups, a sink, hair dryer, plenty of towels, a toilet-shower room. Basic toiletries were also provided. This hotel has some age and it shows, but not too bad. Everything was functional except for the spigots to wash the sand off your feet. While the floors in my room looked clean they were not. After walking around the room barefoot for a few minutes the bottoms of my feet were black. I wore sandals from then on. Ice is not free. You buy ice in bags from a dispenser using a credit or debit card. I guess too many were filling their coolers for beach outings. No breakfast, though they provide coffee in the office which also sells a few beach essentials. I brought my own pour over coffee maker and kettle. My mini-fridge did not have a freezer compartment for ice so I used a cooler. Times on the balcony were amazing except for sometimes the cigarette smoke wafting over from others around me on their balconies or below. FYI, Regardless of having paid in full on another website, Seahaven still requires a $50 deposit at check-in. It is returned to you if you leave the room in good condition and don't try to take their towels with you. The staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient. I had arrived a few hours early and they told me I could enjoy the pool, beach and hang out while I waited for a room to be ready. A room was ready an hour before normal check-in. They do not provide daily room cleaning. If your room needs service during your stay you have to request it. I honestly did not require it and was fine with that. Bring your own beach towels. Walmart and tons of shops are close by. A few convenience stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The Friday evening I arrived I heard loud booms just after sundown. I finally figured out there was a fireworks show happening at Pier Park which is maybe a quarter of a mile away. I stepped out onto the balcony and watched the amazing sight. I was here for a conference and only really needed a place to sleep and shower. My wife prefers a more elegant and pristine hotel, and had she been with me I would have chosen a pricier place down the road. You do get what you pay for. So it depends on what you need, and your priorities. For the price, if traveling alone, or if my priority was beach time, I'd stay here again.

Also if you booked this place through Expedia they are definitely catfishing you with the pictures. And we got a weird extra fee added onto our original reservation. We asked about the fees we paid in full online and still had to pay a fee directly to the hotel upon arrival.

You overlook the ocean in all units it appears, and it is a beautiful view of the gulf with the majority of a sunrise and a sunset every morning and night if your timing is right. There is a big parking garage, and the elevators definitely get slower as more people check in. It got pretty busy during Christmas week. Pier Park and Target is about a mile walk away, so not terrible and there is a convenience store right across the street. The pool says it is heated, but it could be about 8 degrees warmer, but I did love the hot tub almost every night. Wyndham is on one side and condos on the other. I like this place a lot.

This one is kind of in between it's definitely showing its age. My particular condo I was in was fine inside, but the building surrounding it and the amenities are very, very tired and worn out. Everything could use a power wash in a new layer of paint on the bright side. The view to the beach is phenomenal. The weather cooperated, and I had two days of summer like sunshine and that was a Gift. The restaurant next-door has great seafood I didn't really need to go anywhere else. It was a nice retreat.
