Then one day, out of the blue, they said I could no longer continue my services that I had been having with them. They both looked at me as if I had been doing something wrong. I signed up for these particular services with Carmen back when I started. It was all very hurtful and confusing. I had built relationships with them (or so I thought!) after all this time. Perhaps they had a financial issue or changes in business and they needed to change my monthly routine... but aside from why, they should have handled things differently. Showed accountability, honesty, kindness, and integrity. Carmen acted like she had no idea about what she offered me when I began membership (even though she and Maria performed these services with me every month for 2 years), and then she proceeded to end my membership. I didnt request this. I felt like I was at a job and had been wrongfully terminated. It felt like I knew someone well, to find out I didn't at all.
