The hot tub/pool area really needs a deep clean--there were visible skin cells and buildup along the edges, which completely took away from the experience and made it feel unhygienic. Overall, the atmosphere has potential, but between the cleanliness concerns and the lack of anything that sets it apart, I wouldn't recommend it. The second day I went to the larger part of the spa and had a one hour massage with April. This was fantastic. Both days I had full access to all the facilities for no upcharge. There were waterfalls, water therapy and a large rooftop pool. It was chilly out, but many of us braved the chill in our oversized robes in an attempt to soak up some sun by the pool. My massage was done very well. My boyfriend and I were put in separate rooms this time and got to enjoy our massages. I was very relaxed and my masseuse was making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was very nice, I even almost fell asleep.
