So far she's done a full head SMP (scalp micro-pigmentation) to cover a bunch of bald areas and areas of hair thinning, and she's also working on 2 of my keloid scars from a facelift that I had about a year and a half ago. I've had about 3 treatments on my facial scars and one is almost completely flat already! I can't say enough about her communication with me! She's always kept me in the loop with appointment reminders and letting me know it's time for the next treatment. Ive seen many people with procedures done that look fake. What I found was there have been many advancements in the procedures that look 100% natural. CONSULTATION I had two consultations in the PHX Metro area. One with Dr. Alexander and one with another very well known company. I found the other company to be very sales oriented, trying to get me in and out. I was also surprised to find I didn't meet with the doctor who would be doing the procedure. With Biltmore Hair Restoration, it is completely different. I met with Dr. Alexander who walked me through the process, addressed questions and concerns, after care, ETC. Everyone was very friendly. THE PROCEDURE Little scary but an outpatient procedure that takes a full day but flew by. The worst part is getting numb but considering how much work is being done, I would say very little pain. Make sure you have enough food in your system. As your body starts to react to what is being done IT WILL HELP. The process if fairly simple. Clip down the hair from the area the will be extracting. Numb the Front and make incisions. Numb the back. Get in the ARTAS machine which will extract the follicle. The team works on the follicles and implants them. Side note. The ARTAS is a little uncomfortable but not bad, and completely worth my result. AFTER CARE They will have the pain meds and antibiotics set up in advance so you can have them at home. They will also have arranged your Finasteride and Minoxidil which will make sure your implant stays in place for life. THIS IS A TRUE OUTPATIENT. I DROVE HOME. The pain meds do a great job, to be honest there isn't much pain from the procedure. For me the only pain came from sleeping on the scabs that harden from the donor area. It sucks on day 2 and 3. You're head will feel insanely weird due to all of the medication from the procedure. It will fade and go away. This is in the notes they give you, but your head will also swell and give you a caveman look for a few days. That is also due to the medication they pump in you for pain and to slow your bleeding while they work. It will fade. Follow the simple aftercare instructions and you will be fine. Once you can wash the scabs off it is like nothing happened and everything feels normal. RESULTS 1st, don't worry when the follicles fall out and it looks like you just spent $$$ and went through a procedure for nothing. They tell you this and it is on anything you will read about FUE. THE FOLLICLE IS STILL INSIDE. In weeks you will start to see things growing back and in months you will have a completely new hair line that looks like you were born with it. After living with my new looks for months I have to look back at pictures to remember what I looked like. HUGE DIFFERENCE. People have told me I am reverse aging, and cannot believe when I tell them I had the procedure done. If you are on the fence in doing this I hope this review helps you push yourself over the finish line. I am very happy I went with it. I only regret waiting so long to do it. For the past year this center has put on the wrong size system. The systems are too small. They…read morenever bothered to make any measurements and appeared to just take what ever is in the stock room and throw it on my head. I went for a service on July 1st and again the stylist tried to throw on a system that didn't fit. When I challenged her she threw a fit and returned with the manager who was less than courteous. After the impromptu measurement session it was confirmed that the system was inadequate due to its small size. What was the response? Perhaps, check stock for correct size system? Perhaps, reattach the existing system and put in an order for the correct size? No. This managers response was to order the stylist to put the incorrect system on anyway, then just walked out without saying a word. After this the stylist never bothered to ask anything about the cut. She just chopped super short without saying a word. A system that's too small doesn't work and immediately loosens because it's a smaller area, and has nothing to bond to. This center couldn't care less about this I suppose. So now we're into the Summer Travel and I'm stuck with a system that looks like a hat. They couldn't care less. I'll just start getting services out of state. Phoenix definitely needs a new center.

As a newbie to any permanent makeup and a tattoo, microblading virgin, I was understandably nervous . There was timely communication from first contact to appointment to confirmation. I knew exactly what to expect with masking and sanitation protocols for our safety throughout. Jane calmed my anxiety by explaining the entire process and each step as she artfully, safely, patiently and with the expertise of a professional in her craft since 1994, executed gorgeous, natural looking brows for me. She started like a Dr with medical history paperwork, taking my whole of humanity into consideration prior to getting into the meat and potatoes of the procedure which I appreciated! Jane assessed my face/canvas and drew what she believed would be beautiful for my structure and let me see for agreement. We proceeded to the microblading process and I feel it couldn't have gone better with knowing which parts would be painful vs rest breaks and the tlc I felt from Jane considering all my allergies and well being. I'm thrilled with the result and excited to see how the artfully crafted brows will look after healed. I had overplucked them in the past and they were uneven and thinned out. Penciling them in hasn't always produced an even well manicured effect. Embarrassing at times. Those worries are now over. I'd definitely recommend Jane as a real trained professional in this industry over a fad instagram star. She has an abundance of personality and whimsical charm.
