Anywho we booked our appointment on line and sent our design and deposit to secure our spot. When we arrived they had our design all drawn up and ready to go. Leif was our artist and was so friendly just the person to make my daughter feel comfortable with her first ink. The shop was spotless and the employees wonderful.
