My vehicle sat in front of their establishment for almost six weeks, and I called to find out what was going on and was told that they were going to let the second mechanic do all the work. Problem was, they didn't tell me, so I had no access to my vehicle for six weeks, and now that has been extended to about another three weeks, because I just got it to the next mechanic. Couldn't even get them to put fluid in the vehicle, so that I could drive it over, so I had to pay for another tow. Employees walked by my vehicle for six weeks and couldn't even think to call and tell me to come get it. Simply amazing.

If the manager took time to address the concern, he would've understood i was there after 3 pm and the young man and i both sat for 30 mins then he proceeded to his vehicle and left. I in turn left as well and took my business to the Arabs who fixed my tire as i pulled in. I drove up, was greeted and assisted within 10 mins. Thats what you call great customer service. At least acknowledgement if there is nooo signage giving directions!! Echo please do better with signage or better customer service if you actually value your business. The hubby was undecided between two sets of tires at one point and the rep let him go on the back into the warehouse to see them. It costs $10 extra per tire to balance but you might as well get that done while you are there. They are able to get cars out quickly because they had 2-3 ppl working on our car alone even with all of the walk ins. It looks like they are also popular for changing car batteries as we saw a few customer come and go for that. We used Rodriguez last year as well when the tires to my car needed a patch and then replacement. They still deliver on the same level of customer service and products. This is a user friendly shop (for St. Thomas standards), you go in get an estimate in 15 minutes, Marco orders the parts and an appointment is easily scheduled when parts get in. He also takes walk-ins which is super cool. Everywhere else we checked out to get this job done either had scheduling restrictions, rude customer service reps, or we had to get the parts ourselves ( yea right!). Marcos was also was very reasonably priced, it was a little under $400 to get everything completed and fixed to have ice cold AC again. During the repairs he ran into a complication and because it was time for us to pick the car up he told us that we would give us a loaner car or if we needed it he would stay until it was fixed. Very customer service oriented. Marcos is open post hurricanes and fully functional. The only gripe I have is that he doesn't really have parking where his shop is located so you'll have to park inside and typically block someone else. He's also on one of the busiest streets in Charlotte Amalie so his team will stop traffic to help you back out. Marcos is your guy on St. Thomas for car AC repair work! #St.Thomas #USVI
