What a scam! Too expensive they over charged my boyfriend for a ridiculous amount $900 all he did was went in and got a flu test. They reduced the amount to 50%off if he paid today when he got the bill. You are better off going to Doctors on Call or the Urgent care across the street from them. This place is a joke. read more

Had a really good experience here for my husband. He was seen quickly and the nursing staff and the doctor on call was very pleasant, and very nice. The one thing that threw me was at check in - of the multitude of stuff you have to sign they request that you sign that they can upgrade your visit to an ER visit if the staff feel it's needed. I asked to opt out and not sign that form - which was allowed. The issue with this can be that the visit would be billed as an ER visit but not covered by your insurance as such, leaving you to cover the gap in coverage. We didn't have this issue here - but I would opt out. read more

I should have listened to the other reviews but because all of my records are thru Centura Health, I felt it was my best option. I had been feeling terrible, awful sore throat, on/off again fever, overall malaise. The nurses took my vitals, asked me a few questions, doctor looked in my throat and said I had strep throat. Gave me two pills and wrote me a script. No strep test administered. The next day I felt worse, came down with a cough, chills and congestion. I was sick for over a week and feel that the penicillin that was prescribed did not work. Thus leaving me to believe I did not have strep throat. Then I receive two separate bills, one for $895 from US Acute Care and another one for $206 from Centura Health, after my $50 co pay. It is absolutely absurd that US Acute Care is charging almost $900 just to see a doctor here! I could've went to the ER and paid the same amount and would have been tested for strep, influenza and possibly COVID-19. Needless to say, I won't be going back here! read more

When I went I didn't have a long wait at all I got right in. The staff was friendly and helped me out but I did not understand why I received two separate bills. One bill was for my visit and the other bill was for the doctor. Maybe I just don't understand how insurance works or doctors offices but my understanding was that I visit, pay my co-pay and that's it. But I received a separate bill of $135 for a doctors fee? I appreciate them helping me out but I would have sucked it up if I had known I'd be lying $300 for them to say rest and ice. Dr. Hall was very informative and professional, and he left us with exact instructions of what to do when we left there. The nurse that helped us was very professional and friendly too. Without exception, everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I immediately felt like I was in good hands and I did not have to wait long to see a doctor. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem and send me on my way with good care instructions along with directions to a nearby pharmacy where I could get the prescription filled for the ointment I needed. Don't go here!! Took my 10 year old son who was running a fever. He got a flu test (turned out negative) and a prescription for antibiotics for an ear infection. The $180 urgent care visit was covered by my insurance, and claim was paid. Then 3 months later I get a bill for $729.58 from a USACS Community Emergency Services. Centura Health, there is no reason to be robbing innocent people with out-of-network ER bills! Especially since you advertise to be an in-network Urgent Care facility, ensuring your customers that everything is okay, until they find out months later that they've been SCAMMED!! read more

Dr. Rudolf and his staff Alyssa, RN, Devin X-ray And Chuy at the front desk all made this a "good" visit despite the fact that my skiing was likely done for the season. Being an RN for 40 years, I was very impressed with the professionalism and the efficient, yet thorough treatment. The only improvement I would recommend is that when I first called the woman who answered the phone was unable to tell me for sure if Dr. Rudolf was in my network (although their website states the corporation is, this often varies state to state). When I arrived Chuy was quick to tell me Dr. Rudolf was in my network, so no worries! Good job guys, thanks so much! read more

Wonderful place for those unforeseen situations. We were on our last day of vacation when my 7 year old developed a fever and rash. Went to Centura Urgent Care at 4:00 in the afternoon. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and were seen within five minutes. The two nurses were so sweet to my son and were efficient and thorough. Dr Wallace was great. He also was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. My son and I were in and out of the urgent care in a half an hour! read more
