I think the saying goes, "you get what you pay for!" Wow! Did she ever. First, the work was subpar and not as advertised. This was pointed out to us by our contractor that was remodeling the bathroom. After arguing with Jennifer, until we were blue in the face, they finally decided to correct their mistakes to meet code. In the meantime, our insurance company sent the insurance check to the mortgage company to sign off on. Well, after 4 weeks and jumping through 50 hoops, we finally received our insurance payment. However, during that period, my fiancée was continually harassed by Jennifer and members of her staff about payment. We constantly kept them updated and told them that we would deliver payment as soon as it came in the mail. That wasn't good enough, instead they chose to harass a single mother with 2 kids on a daily basis with constant phone calls, text messages and threats to place liens on her home. The work was properly completed on June 7th, payment was hand delivered to them on June 17th. So not even 30 days, just 10 days but they thought it was necessary to harass us day in and day out! I am warning you, do not use this company. Cheaper is not always better, stick with Servpro! In response to your comments below, Jennifer, yes it was my fiancée's house. She asked me to step in to handle this situation due to your continued harassment and threats you made of her. Second, I'm a nurse and work 12 hour shifts, I can't call you back every time you call to harass us. I'm busy taking care of sick patients in the ICU. Third, we didn't google anything, your poor workmanship was only brought to my attention by my contractor. The only thing we looked up was your own website that advertised the quality of work we should expect from you but we failed to receive. Finally, your response to my review, the name calling and the fact that you would harass a single mom exemplifies the kind of person you are.
