MY APPOINTMENT IS IN FOUR DAYS! Now I need to pay FOURTY DOLLARS TO GET IT ON TIME!! don't do drivers ed from this place! they are irresponsible and just looking for money. Actually, frick you guys.

I had two issues with this company. 1. When my son completed the drivers Ed course, I received an…read moreemail that said the certificate was on the way. 5 weeks later, still no certificate, so I called and they told me I never ordered it! I explained that their email was misleading, it didn't say anything about needing to order it. The only option was for me to pay them $40 to express mail it. Wasn't happy with this as I felt I got swindled, but I paid it. 2. My son didn't pass his first permit test so I had to cancel the behind the wheel that I had previously booked. I canceled right away in the DMV parking lot with 24 hour notice. They tried to charge me $189 for the cancellation! The reason I booked the lesson before him passing the test was because their availability is very poor. I didn't want my son to wait several weeks to get behind the wheel once he passed the test and the day after his test was their only availability for weeks, so I had to take it. I'm cancelling the 6 hour driving lessons and going with a local company down the street that has better availability and better customer service. I'm not giving this company any more of my money. I will update this review once the refund is processed.

I was one of the only other people at the pool!? As a business owner, you'd want your clients to feel appreciated and welcome, but I was not even given a glance. Also, in my email correspondence with the owner, there was an underlying rudeness. The "written word" is important these days and I was unimpressed with the tone of the emails. Also, towards the end of our run at Little Honu, there was some instructor turnover that was frustrating. I have found another instructor in Morgan Hill who is working out great, shows me that she wants my business and also very effective teaching!!

Our instructor brad is amazing with children, super warm and friendly, and the kids love him. We get to observe the older children's classes before and after our session, which we are very satisfied with his teaching style with those children as well!!! This is an indoor heated pool, and class sizes are small so your child will receive more one-on-one. I really like that we pay month to month: no confusing sessions. It is a bit pricey, but very convenient as it is right here in town. And our session is in the evening, so my husband and my mom can come and observe after work!! I feel the reviews here are not based on the children's swimming classes. The reviews are extremely irrelevant. If your child is happy and learning, then this school deserves the credit!!

I really believe that there is no other summer program for kids that rivals the acceptance and nurturing nature of the staff and piers I am so grateful to have grown close with. To this day, the friends I made here are close to my heart and always in my thoughts. If you have a child who doesnt quite know what to be a part of or who to confide in or simply have a very creative and outgoing kid, you cannot go wrong with having them be a part of STAR. He told her to drive as if she knew how, and getting mad because she didn't get it. So when she said to him "if I knew how to drive then why would I hire you" he got all up in his feelings! He then told her how to drive his way and all my daughter did was explain as a way of communication how she learned the other way. And his response was... "Oh so your saying I don't know how to drive?!! Okay, fine, fine then!!!" Like WTH!! Who acts like this??!! Mind you he's in his mid 50's. To top that off.... he also made her pull over out of nowhere to take a NON-EMERGENCY personal call, and stop by 7-11 so he can buy gum. I would NOT recommend him at all.
