My wife's car broke down and she had to leave it on the freeware at Elliot and the I-10 at 5:15 pm... after calling 3 other tow companies I finally found these guys. I needed it picked up ASAP for 2 reasons.... My wife forgot to put the hazards on and it was a construction zone ... pretty sure around 10 pm the construction guys were going to have it towed to a yard ... so I needed someone now!!! Robert answered the call and told me he was going to locate a driver . That was at 7:22.... At 7:46 Jonathan called and said he was on his way to locate the car. At 8:27 he text saying he had located the car and was hooking it up. At 9:09 he was dropping it off. He was in communication with me the entire time. Those guys saved me!!' My vehicle decided to throw some codes tonight and I was about 30 miles from home. Searched for a towing company in the area and found this company and saw the respectable reviews. Called and talked with Albert to discuss my options. Informed him I had my daughter and 75lbs dog with me. Unfortunately there wasn't enough room for everyone in the truck. Called a friend and made arrangements to get my daughter and pup a ride home. Thought it would take a while for the truck to show up, yet Jorge was there within 10 minutes. My daughters ride was out 15-20 minutes and it was well over 100 degrees. Jorge said he didn't have an issue waiting for my daughters ride. We never asked, he volunteered to wait. Jorge got me to my destination, without concern and was engaging in conversation the whole time. Pretty awesome guy. Highly recommended! read more

We told them it was in 115 degree heat. They didn't care. Dave Nelson picked me up as I was overheated and hadn't eaten all day. One of our favorite bartenders at Bario Queen QC suggested we call her dad's company. They were there in less than 5 minutes. I am not exaggerating, I couldn't believe it. This was by far the best experience I had with a tow company in a long time. I raced cars all my life and currently modding my mustang and needed a tow from my mechanic to my tuner. I called several companies and chose these guys based on other reviews. Robert showed up on time, made sure to elevate the car with wood to prevent bumper damage (car is low) he took it slow and very good price too. Most tow companies don't have very good reviews because they mainly suck, there are some perhaps that are ok but these guys are legit. I wish USAA hooked me up with this AWESOME company when I requested a tow. The first company (Eagle Eye 4 Tower) not only had me waiting for 4 hrs, but they also said they would find someone with the right tow truck and call me back. No call back, never answered their phone. I had my husband find someone else. Albert came to my rescue and had my Jeep on his truck within 30 minutes and took me home and then dropped off my Jeep at the transmission shop. Not only did he show up, but he showed up quickly, was very pleasant, made me feel comfortable and was the nicest guy. He even sent me photos of my Jeep at the shop showing it got there safely.
