You can tell they really care about getting you the best price and give you all the information you need on possible future repairs needed as well. She is a community member and wanted to give them some business and she remembered they advertised a discount for community members. Anyway I called and after a couple rings someone answered hello, not Moquionos just hello. I didn't care but thought maybe they're just laid back but looking forward to their work. I explained all the details and the bored guy on the other line had told me to text pictures and vin number of the vehicle. After a week of no response we ended up towing it to Japanese Auto Pros in Phoenix. Moquionos never called back or followed up. I guess they didn't want our money. Anyway Japanese Auto did it for a good price and we are happy with them. We run a business also. We understand that sometimes business gets too busy but rude is rude. At least call back your customer's and learn some respect. I guess some people just don't have that inside of them. Glad we didn't leave our truck with these guys!

The rear liftgate would only open halfway before binding and grinding because they botched the install causing friction and physical damage to the roof metal and paint, while the wheel arch molding was left loose and improperly secured. When I brought the vehicle back, the shop manager initially admitted fault and agreed to order the required parts, but after I waited weeks in good faith and called to follow up, I discovered they hadn't even ordered the liftgate parts. Shortly after, they abruptly reversed their stance, refused to honor their lifetime repair guarantee, claimed their shop security cameras "weren't working," and tried to force me to file a brand-new insurance claim for damage caused under their care. When corporate was brought in, their regional director came out only to offer nonsensical excuses, claiming the plastic trim couldn't possibly be responsible for the roof damage, even while witnessing the liftgate directly binding and hitting the roof in front of his own eyes. They completely failed to stand behind their lifetime warranty and attempted to avoid taking accountability for their own mistakes, forcing State Farm to step in and transfer my vehicle to another facility. Do not trust this location with your vehicle.

"I don't even want to start a 3 hour job right now" (this comment is concerning but I can understand their point of view with current severe weather conditions in AZ) The manager (Raymond Williams) pulled the employee into the side room and decided to address the situation immediately. However, the manner in which the situation was addressed is concerning. I could hear the manager yelling and scolding the employee with a very harsh tone and profanity. The whole situation made me feel uncomfortable and I cannot imagine how the employee was feeling. I decided to cancel my service/reservation and state my concern; management should never speak to their employees in such a way. I understand not wanting to be out in the heat for 3+ hours and there should be some type of accommodation for the employees to deter any similar issues in the future. I don't understand management dealing with their employees in such a belittling way. When I tried to address the situation with the manager, he seemed to be irritated at my concern for the employee. I will not be returning to this location and hope that this never happens again.
