No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. After browsing for a bit, my daughter found several dresses she wanted to try on. When we approached the fitting room, the associate there was in a deep conversation with someone and didn't acknowledge us at all. I waited for a moment, expecting at least a quick "I'll be right with you," but that never happened. I simply needed to know how many items we were allowed to bring into the fitting room, yet I was completely ignored. I ended up asking the cashier, who also seemed disinterested and unmotivated. She eventually answered my question, but the overall attitude from the staff felt indifferent and unprofessional. Customer service should always start with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they enter the store. A friendly greeting or offer to help can make a huge difference, especially for families shopping for special occasions like homecoming. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic courtesy really affected our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff--acknowledging people and showing a little enthusiasm is part of good customer service, and it goes a long way.

I didn't catch her name but a lady noticed my arms full of long dresses and started me a fitting room & let me know they'd be in #5 when I was ready. Ami was super helpful & got to help me add & bring the remaining dresses I found into my fitting room. She also helped me zip up some of my dresses when I requested her help. When I was ready to check out Ami also helped me with her opinion of the 3 dresses I was choosing from. Thank you so much for your help & kindness. They have a good amount of variety for options here! I definitely would come back here again. My only con and the reason I'm taking away one star is that the company does not ship dresses from other stores if they don't have your size... if they offered this would be a great help for someone who can't travel to another city hours away, especially if it's not available on their website.

In fact she had no idea it was a final sale. When we went to the Valley Fair mall the next day to return the item, the lady at the checkout kept pointing to a QR code saying that's where the return policy is and that the dress cannot be returned. In addition, she was super rude and yelled at me instead for 'throwing an attitude.' I don't believe customer service is part of their vocabulary. This business does not provide clear information about its products and feels sketchy, and the customer service is horrible. I am surprised how this business even exists. Buyer beware!

We opted to make the purchase and try them at home. BIG MISTAKE. The first time that I tried to return the garment to the store in Westfield Valley Fair I was shown the nylon lead that should have had the tag attached and told that they would not be able to accept the return without the tag. Fair enough. Disappointed that my daughter has taken the tag off, I returned home with the garment. Once home I found the tag on the bedroom floor and placed it with the receipt in the pocket. I had looked for the nylon lead to re-attach the tag but discovered that the clerk had removed it. Fast forward to the following Friday. I brought the garment to the same Windsor location in Valley Fair. This time I was told that they couldn't accept the return because the tag wasn't attached. That was... wasn't attached to the garment with the nylon lead that was removed the week before. The quality of customer service at this location is so poor that I may have to presume that ALL Windsor locations have policies that treat the customer this poorly. I will never again purchase clothing (or anything else) from this chain of stores with sleazy business practices.

We end up getting our services completed at Best Buy. We came in for new upgrades and as soon as we said upgrades, they immediately said, no. They don't have the phones in stock (fine) but they never mention other options like ordering the phones, or other solutions. I stead they say- go to Best Buy. Customer service is non existent at this branch. So we ended up at Best Buy and sure enough we got what we wanted. Also spoke to their associates who said this branch is notorious for sending their clients to Best Buy. So corporate- are you wondering why your sales doesn't make sense? It's bec they're giving away your business.

Not once did we discuss a "Next Up" plan or "security" plan that would have charged me about 90 a month extra in total. He had "forgotten" to send me a copy of the quote until I reminded him before leaving. Convenient. Checked the receipts, and cancelled my orders for new phones that same night. As far as helping my parents print out a copy of their business account number (they're old and forgot), they are reluctant to help and give the run around. Yet ATT corporate/customer service they SHOULD be able to print out and tell us the business account number. Long story short - Switched off to Verizon wireless. Beware of their fraudulent practices and overall reluctance to help. Check your bill and receipts people. If you have to order a phone, do it online to avoid them trying to sneak in extra services without your notification.
