After meeting 3 different male plastic surgeons in AZ, they all told me that they would only do a breast augmentation on me if I would agree to pay thousands of dollars more for a breast lift WITH the breast implants. (Due to my older age and sagging from nursing many kids for years). I refused to have a breast lift done as I did not want the scars that accompany a lift. A friend who was a nurse who had worked with AZ surgeons for years recommended Dr. Kalnoki. On my first visit, I noticed she was much more thorough than all the male MD's. She took about 10 different measurements on me, many photos from various angles and listened to exactly what I wanted. She said she could do the implants without a lift. I had never had surgery before and wasn't sure what to expect but she explained her extremely sterile technique in which she does not handle the implants but uses a sterile cone to place them in you to reduce risk of capsular contracture and infection. She also explained that not only will she do a small row of stitches to hold the implants in place, but she will do three rows/layers of internal stitching for extra added long term stability. It has been 5 weeks since my surgery and it was a breeze! The stitches are pretty much non-existent. (When I showed a friend the stitches underneath, they described it looked like a 1.5 inch small cat scratch, but again it's only been 5 weeks). I was in no pain from the day of the surgery onward....minor discomfort sleeping sitting up and slight soreness but nothing Tylenol didn't fix. Dr. K told me that during surgery she was going to sit me up (unconscious) to make sure everything was perfect and symmetrical and to this day they look very natural, symmetrical and I really would go so far as to say "perfect." I never thought things would go this smoothly and pain free (I did have the "Exparel" medicine injected which is a slow release numbing substance she injects into the wound and it numbs you for 4 days). I never even knew when it wore off as I never felt anything more than slight discomfort upon moving a certain way or lifting something too heavy. I cannot recommend her enough! read more

Dr. Kalnoki-Kis and her entire team are ROCKSTARS. They are all unbelievably kind hearted and extremely helpful. I enjoyed every minute spent in the office talking with staff and having all my questions answered. It was a million times easier than I ever imagined. Surgery day was a breeze, I knew what to expect and was well prepared for recovery thanks to them. They explain every detail and don't mind 5000 questions either.
