As I continued browsing, I noticed another customer walk in and be greeted right away, which made me feel the employees were picking and choosing which customers to greet. While I was shopping, a male employee named Jared (with long greasy hair) seemed to follow me around the store but didn't say hello or offer assistance. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I usually enjoy shopping at Ulta however this visit really missed the mark in terms of basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope management addresses these customer service issues so everyone feels equally welcome in the store. I will no longer shop at this location anymore.

When I checked out, I received no free samples and, despite knowing that I was buying gifts, they didn't offer gift wrapping or a gift bag. Hmmmm? Not sure why... These folks have lots of nice products, but they sell stuff at list price. I can save money by going elsewhere so when I shop in a high end shop, I expect the service to compensate for the higher prices. I'm disappointed that these folks miss that point. All I know is when I'm in this part of the neighborhood I can stop by for an easy in-and-out experience without the hassle of a full scale assault on any of those larger than necessary Grocery Stores. Highly Recommend.    Plus they also had Dunkin Chocolates which I haven't seen anywhere else so I grabbed them up.
