I rarely ever go to this Walgreens anymore. The lines are often long with only one cashier and the manager is unfriendly and cold toward customers. I once witnessed the manager filming a group of customers she assumed were shoplifting. The group insisted they weren't stealing and were understandably upset, which made the manager's behavior feel unprofessional. Overall, the store gives off bad energy and shopping here is very unpleasant. read more

Pretty solid Walgreens that's usually well stocked with convenience related drug store type merch. I can't really speak about the pharmacy up in here as it's not my regular go-to for prescription meds. All I know is when I'm in this part of the neighborhood I can stop by for an easy in-and-out experience without the hassle of a full scale assault on any of those larger than necessary Grocery Stores. And I know you know what I'm talkin about, lol.    Last time here I picked up a container of those Super Beet Chews which I can honestly say are an excellent source of energy which lasts throughout the day. Highly Recommend.    Plus they also had Dunkin Chocolates which I haven't seen anywhere else so I grabbed them up. And after my extensive research I concluded that just like the donuts the Boston Kreme is by far the best in the bunch. The service I got deserved a minus 3 stars. I made a purchase of 2 items with a gift card. I was not happy with the products, so I decided to exchange them with 2 other items that were equivalent to the same amount of money. I stated to the cashier that I wanted to exchange the previous items with the new ones. She took it upon herself to do a refund as if I was returning them. She then informed me that the refund had been sent back to the gift card I used to pay previously. That particular gift card was discarded because all the money on that card was used up. So I asked the manager to revert the return, and I would agree to keep the items I didn't like. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't do that. And to add insult to injury, he refused to let me keep the items also. So now not only I was out of my money and out of the items as well.... what kind of BS policy is that? Has anyone heard of a thing like that? Pls chime in... read more

This is my go-to Walgreens. Even on busy days, the line moves quickly and they almost always have stock of whatever I need. Many of the staff are friendly and helpful if you run into any issues. My SO and I have also used the pharmacy for prescriptions and OTC meds without any issues. read more

Straightforward Walgreens with no line when I came in at lunch at the front, but the pharmacy was packed. Liked: They were efficient with the health card, and they also had a used/old pharmaceuticals box that you could discard old medicine in! Great excuse to clean out the cabinets at home. They don't call or say anything if there's a problem, don't listen to the patient even though it's the patients medication and insurance. It's pure luck if you don't have a problem there. read more

Retty regular Walgreens with a pharmacy, photo center and a bunch of other goods from candy to magazine to beauty to snacks to frozen to household items to birthday cards to kids toys. Obviously the selection isn't as extensive as a supermarket but it gets the job done when stopping by to pick up basic items when you're in a rush. Terribly run pharmacy!!!! ALWAYS a long wait to pick up a prescription. This evening I waited more than 20 minutes to get to the pharmacy counter (5 customers ahead of me when I arrived, 5-6 more behind me as I left). WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS UNACCEPTABLE WAIT? Typical wait locally at other chain and private pharmacies is 1-2 minutes. need to get competent counter workers and drs. Dropping off two prescriptions for my mom flowjng surgery and I asked how long will it be, she tells me 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I get up to the counter and she's says the same two are not done. Walks to the back, gets papers for others, prints out the labels for my prescriptions and says it's gonna be a while have a seat. I said 52 minutes later when she said 30 and she says she doesn't want to argue. if you told me it would be a while I wouldn't have stayed. now you wasted and hour of my time. always an issue at this pharmacy. maybe the state should come in and see how it's running. Not customer friendly at all starting with the store manager, Ray. It took me 20 minutes to pick up pictures even though I was the only one in line. One person was doing paperwork right in front of me as I waited and the store manager, Ray was chatting with the people who worked in the bank next door. When I asked Ray if I could just pick up my pictures after waiting 20 minutes, he told me he was with "customers" and kept chatting away. Never coming here again. read more

All I wanted was a can of tuna---but dark chocolate was on sale so I figured ok why not. here is what my interaction was like: Me: Hi do you have a store card you could use for these since they're on sale? Him: No I can't do that. I'm on the register so I can't use my card too it won't let me. Me: No I didn't want you to use YOUR card, most stores have a store card for people who don't have cards... Him: No I can't do that. Me: Ok then only give me one of these please. Lady behind me: Why don't you just get a card? Me: (in my head) why don't you just die?? BUT in real life: No thanks I don't want a card. Lady: Well you can use mine if you want. At this point I'm like beyond irritated at all this unwanted conversation and ready to swipe my debit so continue: Me: Oh that's nice but no thanks. Swipe Debit beeboobop Him: Do you have kids? Me literally on fire at this point: No He and the lady behind me share a glance like I'm the weirdo.....They were giving out pictures for kids to color for Easter. Him: Cousins?? Neighbors?? I don't have kids nor do I want them but situations like this are ones that I feel are inappropriate and no one should be talked to like this. BROKEN SPEAKER surprise surprise - park your car, walk inside and stand behind 15 other people at the pharmacy with only ONE person at the register (by the way, there are 3 registers at the pharmacy)...keep waiting and waiting and waiting for a good 45 minutes. Very conveniently located Walgreens that supplies all your pharmacy and drug store needs. Staff members were very friendly and the prices are right. I like that there is a parking lot for this store so I don't have to worry about finding on-street parking. Ideal for quick stops to pick up essentials. read more

Pharmacy told me that my Doctor's office must have been lying to me about sending a prescription that they couldn't find. The doctor had to send it in 3 times before they finally suddenly found it. I'm going to tell my doctor this so that he suggests other pharmacies for patients to use. read more

I don't know how it could go from bad to worse! I am transferring my families prescriptions to CVS! I have a special needs child and purposely come her for the drive thru. It is never open any more! Tonight my son has pneumonia and now i am get medicine. Drag him in and told an hour wait. Drag him back in again an hour later and waiting here another 20 minutes! My son is in the chair sleeping!
