By far the least favorable realtor experience I've had after 5 home transactions. Any time we had a suggestion, he quickly replied with a smug response, "I'm an expert in real estate and that's not going to work". At least we were open to trying something outside the box other than weekly open houses. David was too busy to be present at our appraisal, inspection, closing....basically hosted 1 open house and stopped by with flyers. Not even a "thank you" closing realtor gift after a $15,000 commission. Not a letter, email...nothing. In a nutshell, a total Dallas prick.
