Her system charged me for a background check and my bank showed the transaction. She said that it did not work. But it was showing pending on my end. She was extremely rude as well as every employee there. They were all yelling at me that I didn't pay. I called my bank and he witnessed how unprofessional the store was and was stunned to hear how they treating me. He offered to be a witness and told me to call police. That's how rude they were. Her system was the problem but she kept yelling that it was my bank who was the problem. No it was her register that was faulting out. I didn't want to pay twice, that is why i called my bank in the fist place, to cancel the transaction because she could not provide a receipt. I eventually cancelled transaction and payed again, but they way I was treated for their service was unacceptable. Everyone working at this UPS store is rude and incompetent. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
