I have used PostalAnnex for all types of services including shipping, notary, and printing. Seems they are always eager to help their customers, my latest visit being no exception. In fact, they went out of their way to patiently assist me with a complicated shipping ordeal. Kinda like the good old days when a business would do whatever it takes to help their customers. Who remembers THAT. Anyway, I won't bother with the details, but it included dealing with the incompetence of the business to which I was shipping. PostalAnnex had everything taken care of in a jiffy.... as usual. Coming here is like bringing a heap of problems, dropping them on their counter, and they magically make them go away! Since I started this review, I had to go back to PostalAnnex because the replacement product I received from the shipper had the exact same defect as that which I previously returned. Just like my first visit, they had my shipping receipt ready before I even knew what happened!

There are other staff members who I am sure are great, but his is my favorite!! One customer came in, who had questions about UPS Texting her, and they quickly determined it was a scam. The staff gave her great advice and a reminder that UPS will not text you, but you can opt into delivery notifications, which will alwys come from a UPS email addr (not google or anything else). I appreciated how they educated her. Professional, knowledgeable and kind. And my packages will get to my family in time for the holiday.

(This was the location suggested by the wine company because I wouldn't be home to sign for it). He said there would be a $10 charge. That was fine. Then I went to the store to see if the delivery was there and he told me there would be a $25 charge! Then FedEx called me and said they tried to deliver the package but he wouldn't accept it because it was too large! WTH??? Never go to this Postal Annex. Rude and condescending.
