I have used PostalAnnex for all types of services including shipping, notary, and printing. Seems they are always eager to help their customers, my latest visit being no exception. In fact, they went out of their way to patiently assist me with a complicated shipping ordeal. Kinda like the good old days when a business would do whatever it takes to help their customers. Who remembers THAT. Anyway, I won't bother with the details, but it included dealing with the incompetence of the business to which I was shipping. PostalAnnex had everything taken care of in a jiffy.... as usual. Coming here is like bringing a heap of problems, dropping them on their counter, and they magically make them go away! Since I started this review, I had to go back to PostalAnnex because the replacement product I received from the shipper had the exact same defect as that which I previously returned. Just like my first visit, they had my shipping receipt ready before I even knew what happened!

After calling 3 other UPS stores, FedEx, and Staples, all of which couldn't even answer the type of printers they used (inkjet or laser), I called Fabio who was not only immediately knowledgeable on his product, but extremely helpful. I came to him with a crazy idea of making custom temporary tattoos, something I've never done before, and he greatly assisted without any judgement, which is so hard to come by as a woman who is often times doing unusual things. It is so rare that I sing the praises of a man, but Fabio has made a customer for life. Thank you Fabio! (It should be noted that I provided my own tattoo paper, that is not a product they offer, but most other places will not let you bring in your own paper- so another huge bonus here. Also, it only cost $3.50 to print two full pages of tattoos which is a steal!! You can't even get them at the store for that value, and they're custom!)

Then I went to the store to see if the delivery was there and he told me there would be a $25 charge! Then FedEx called me and said they tried to deliver the package but he wouldn't accept it because it was too large! WTH??? Never go to this Postal Annex. Rude and condescending.
