I was told the package would be ready before 11/30/13. By 12/15/13 I still had no phone call or message on receiving the pictures. I started calling and emailing. I finally got a response that FedEx had the package and it should arrive any day. After many calls and emails and texts I finally received a package on March 24, 2013. 4.5 months later I get only 2 of the 6 prints. I have left continual messages/emails again and no response. She did not photograph us saying our vows, the "I Do", the first kiss, the recessional (us and wedding party), the photo of us being announced at the reception is so grainy it looks like it's made of sand...I could go on and on. I am so heartbroken by the lack of professional courtesy, the fact that she will not follow up with me, and that my wedding day photos are horrendous.

There were so many shot-of-a-lifetime senior photos that we couldn't choose, and fortunately she makes them all available to her clients digitally, so we didn't have to. We requested a slightly off-the-beaten-path approach to my teenage daughter's senior pictures, and Treva had so many ideas of how to feature that location and vibe- the resulting senior portraits were a thrill and will be treasured. Beyond her obvious skill level as a portrait photographer, Treva has what can't be taught: she is able to make her portrait subjects at ease- even the camera shy. She was so encouraging without making a "big deal" out of it, that my teen immediately got comfortable and was willing to try anything Treva presented to her. When the digital proofs cam out, my very private teenage daughter was simply aglow. Any time she looks at the photos, she still sparkles, and that's a great gift to her mama. Senior photos can be another big expense during your student's final year of high school, and we appreciated Treva's affordability, though you might want to get in fast before the whole world finds out... she does family portraits, pet portraits, and much more, so definitely check out her website. Maybe I'm ignorant but going in, I had no idea I would be on the hook for thousands of dollars. Booking my sessions online never alluded to this. Again, maybe I'm ignorant and this review makes me look silly, but I had beautiful maternity and newborn photos of my first son done by a professional photographer for a small fraction of what I ended up paying Aubrey.

She assure me we could reschedule. I reschedule for a family photo including out of town relatives. We set this session 3 month ahead of time. I tried calling and emailing as we got week closer to the date with no reply's from Aubrey. Finally a week before the session she called to say she booked someone else on our dates. This left me scrambling to find someone to do my family photos in just 6 days. Aubry also refuses to refund the fee, stating I canceled my session and the fee is non-refundable. I say beware to anyone who does business with this person. She is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Present's a nice front but is very unreliable and a scammer.
