Many details were done sloppily with stripped or loose and crooked fasteners. Boards were cracked, panels misaligned. No builders square or level was ever used as shown in the installation manual. I had seen videos online of homeowners building this unit in 2-3 days. It took assemble it over a week. I have no confidence in the build quality of this costly purchase from assemble it. We found lots of screws in the lawn and plastic around the yard for us to pick-up as well. All the packaging was ours to deal with also, and it was a lot. When I brought my concerns to the project manager, who never came to my location, I was met with excuses. I cannot recommend this company. BEWARE.
