ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They had us waiting in the waiting room. No problems we wait for an hour get called back for triage all good. Then they stick you in a tiny room like cattle with TONS of other sick people who are literally throwing up next to you with not enough seats for everyone. You wait in a room to get an IV then get put back in said room to wait for another 3-4 of hours. Oh and that IV that they give you is just in your arm not helping at all not attached to anything. If you aren't dehydrated when you come in you sure as heck will be by the time you get seen. It isn't a concern for them you will not be offered even water after waiting for 4 hours and still not being helped. I wouldn't send a dying wild animal here much less any of my loved one. If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! read more

Called today to make a primary care doctor appointment as a new patient. I was told that the entire facility at this specific Clifton address is not taking any new patients. That's a problem. I came for my annual physical exam to see Dr Gabrielle Bernal. I was amazed that I got rock star parking in the parking deck, as someone pulled out on Level 2 when I entered. When I checked in for my 2:40 pm appointment, I was the only one in the waiting area. Perhaps it helps that there was a snow storm that shut down the city a day ago. I waited less than 5 minutes before the friendly nurse brought me back. She listened to me talk, seemed genuinely interested, and took my vital signs. I saw Dr Bernal with less than a 3 minute wait. She was so freindly and enthusiastic that it made me excited to be there. I went to the lab and hardly waited for 5 minutes before I was called back. It was such a refreshing visit from beginning to end. The only drawback was the $8 parking, but I could have parked free somewhere and walked so I will take responsibility for that expense. I highly recommend Internal Medicine at Emory Clinic where I have been coming for over 2 decades. read more

Absolutely terrible place. Emory spends so much money building new buildings, enhancing their systems and communication portals but does not spend the time and money to invest in quality physicians that care and want to be involved in their patients healthcare. In fact, you see so many different doctors it's crazy. You never know what's really going on when you get there. I started my prenatal visits here and after I felt they didn't care and nothing but my patient portal was personal - I left. Yesterday - I went for a quick postpartum check up and to no avail they disappointed again. I saw a male doctor and should have known he was not gonna take the time to listen or care. He did absolutely nothing to cover my concerns. Simply no trust in their commitment to their practice. I will most likely not go to any of their clinics or centers ever again. read more

I love this office - they are so kind and efficient. Although it's a little bit of a drive for me, it's worth it. They go through a very thorough check of so many things, including your mental health. The doctors are personable and kind, and i felt that they truly listened. I was delighted to receive above and beyond care in the outpatient Urology clinic last Friday morning. I called early in the morning on behalf of my husband, the patient care coordinator made sure she understood what the problem was and got a nurse on the phone. The nurse, Stacey, heard that we wanted to avoid a trip to the ER. She knew what procedure we needed and told us she would see us in an hour at 1365. Not only were we seen in the Clinic, we met a caring physician who took on our care so there is hope we won't have to continue to repeat this situation. We lucked into valet parking as well. We walked out with a follow-up appointment with that physician. Thank you to the whole team who took great care of us that morning! read more

Do not go here, they will swindle you. If you go for a well-care visit they will bill your insurance for two visits, making some excuse to charge twice. My well-patient visit, less than 20 minutes and she barely looked at me, cost $900!!! They claimed I asked a question "outside the scope of preventative care" (my question: should I get this bunion looked at? answer: if you want to, I could give you a referral). That was a $400 question. It is a scheme to pad their income by double billing. I disputed the bill. They said it was "my responsibility to know the scope of a well-patient visit" (how??? Doesn't matter, they would find a fake reason to bill me no matter what happened in the office). They know patients have no power to stop them. They also failed THREE TIMES to renew a simple prescription!! I was off my medication for over a week because they could not get it right. Do NOT go to Emory Clinic! read more

A week ago I wrote a lengthy review about the gastroenterolgy department at Emory Healthcare. This is a follow up: I had been trying to get an appointment for over a week for a colonoscopy. Thanks to My Chart one has to MAKE A PHONE CALL, wait 5 minutes for someone to pick up (yes, I tried the call back, but no one called back), and then find out they need to type a message to someone else who calls back, or not as was the case. Yes, I did get a call back a week later specifying I call back AGAIN to get an appointment in possibly October (it is July 21st) with a specific doctor. I did not request this doctor. I wanted any available doctor. I called Gastroenterology AGAIN to tell them I got an appointment on the day I called for early August with Atlanta Gastroenterology and no longer needed their help. I read the doctor's credientials and feel good about him in case there is a later issue. I became an Emory Healthcare patient in 1993 and always recommended Emory. No longer. The operation is by business people, not healthcare professionals, and insurance companies. These large healthcare organizations are too big to manage or don't have adequate management. They have lost their reason for being in existence. read more

I have to begin with saying that the doctor we saw did seem to be a good doctor. However, it was all downhill from there. My husband saw the doctor one time and thereafter it appeared that all visits would be with a PA. The visits were 6 months apart. There is no personal contact with anyone aside from the office visits. EVERYTHING is handled through a patient portal. Very impersonal. And, lots of hoops to jump through to accommodate them on their patient portal. When I asked that records be transferred to another doctor, another issue. Very negative experience with the Urology Department of Emory Clinic about a week ago for my uncle recovering from a hip fracture. Contracted transport provided by Wesley Woods Rehab to near-by Emory Clinic was 20 minutes late due to traffic issues. The Urology staff was inflexible, rude and unprofessional and refused to see him for the appointment that they had made. I had driven over an hour and half and the transport company provided by Wesley Woods had driven from Cumming. I was not impressed with the lack of customer service. I had a much better experience with a different Urology group. As a physician I expected better from an institution that I have referred to for over 40 years. read more

Everything about Emory has been terrible, in my experience. It feels like a government run facility. It is by far the slowest and most redundant healthcare system I've ever been in. Every time I go, I have to fill out a form with insurance, where I live, etc. Every time. Doesn't matter if I go back to the same doctor, 2 days apart. Most normal doctors and healthcare systems will just ask you to verify what information has changed. Not this place. Just telling a receptionist you've arrived for an appointment can take up to 15 minutes in line so if you're right on time, you'll be late. Billing, oh my. If you have a surgery or any type of complex procedure expect bills from all over the place that are extremely confusing and have multiple account numbers that arbitrarily link to some and not others. Parking...worst I've ever seen in a major hospital system. Pad your time with an extra 30 minutes to find a spot. They have the entire upper part of the deck blocked off with zero explanation and no activity, such as construction. There is nowhere else to park either so you have to just circle around and hope you're lucky enough to see someone leave. From "nurses" that try to call and relay doctors instructions they either don't understand or are too lazy to fully comprehend my situation. I had one call me yesterday to tell me to decrease my dosage of life saving, long-term medication until my symptoms disappear. What the what? I'm on this medication for life. What if she told someone elderly that and they blindly followed the instructions? I had another "nurse" tell me to go home and take Tums in the middle of a terrible hypoparathyroid episode that landed me in the hospital for 4 days. I didn't listen to her because thankfully my Mom, who is a nurse, was with me. I've never seen a greater concentration of incompetence in one place. I always heard great things about Emory but I haven't had one single positive experience here. I've heard much better things about the other hospital systems in Atlanta. I'd go there... read more

Few recommendations: Parking- I suggest you valet your car. It will save so much time and hassle. I believe paying for parking and valet parking, not much difference. With valet, you can pull up get ticket and enter the building. Save so much time! Also, if you are here for a procedure, then definitely valet park because they will validate your valet for you. Just get a sticker to stick to the ticket from the registration desk. Location can be confusing, lot of constructions going on. There are 3 buildings: A, Wait time- be prepare to wait for long time. The appt time is at 10 and you're here since 9 and will be seating till close to 11 or more. Bring a book since their wifi does not really connect well. Also, what annoys me is that they don't notify you if the doctor is running behind. They just let you sit till I have to ask what's the hold up. I got to pick up my kid from school! Now, I have to leave to go up north to Suwanee to pick my kid up and drive back down here. Frustrated! Nurses- After explaining my situation to the nurse. They were really quick. 1.5hours from pre-op to post op. Wow!!! I was impressed by that. I had enough time to pick up my kid. Appreciate them working it out. read more

Oh Emory. What are we going to do with you? I love your doctors and nurses so freaking much. But your parking and, to a lesser extent, your front desk staff, leave much to be desired. Seriously, I would have gone elsewhere a long time ago if the doctors weren't as awesome as they are. My general doctor as well as the specialists I've seen over the years are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Now, here are the downsides: - Parking at the 1365 buildings (A, B, and C is the Winship Cancer Institute) totally and absolutely blows. Someone mentioned valet being worth it and I really think I'm going to have to try it next time (although I get the feeling that they implemented it more for the little old people who can't walk from the parking deck to the buildings). The signs and directions are sort of confusing. The garage itself is weirdly dimly lit and cramped. I'm not even claustrophobic but that garage makes me anxious. Also, the spaces themselves aren't huge and people park like assholes. - The directions and signage inside isn't always clear. For example, if you enter Winship from the front (where the valet is), you're on the 1st floor. But if you self-park, you enter through the back of the building, but you're actually on another level called the Plaza Level. But nowhere does it tell you that. So you walk inside thinking you're on the first floor and that totally throws you off when you try to find the department you need. - Emory is CONSTANTLY doing construction, so keep that in mind when navigating your way around. - Front desk staff can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are efficient and other times, they are in absolutely no hurry to do anything but talk about who said what to whom and when and where and omg you can't be serious, he did what?? - The check-in process has multiple steps. First, you fill out a paper and place it face-down in a basket. Then someone will get your paper, pull up your information, and then call you over to verify address/insurance and actually check you in. So, as you might imagine, plenty of time might pass between when you arrive and when you're actually checked in. Depending on how well the front desk is running and how far the doctor is running behind, you might be waiting around for a while. - All of which leads me to a strong suggestion: GET THERE EARLY. Like at least 15 minutes early. Between the construction, parking, front desk...just get there early. Luckily, my last two visits were both under an hour, so I only had to pay the minimum parking fee. Yay? In the end, the doctor is what I'm here for. And I'm definitely a fan of The Emory Clinic's doctors. (I'd have to be to put up with all of that other crap, right?) read more

If I could I would give it 0 stars. But alas they get one measly star. I attended the maxillofacial and oral surgery office and I have never felt more under appreciated in my life. Shame on you Emory. Shame. Absurd wait times. OH and get this!!! I saw the receptionist change our time spent talking to the doctor/getting x-rays from one hour to 30 minutes. That's disgraceful and very much not ok. Tampering with paperwork....really?! I had to get 2 separate x-rays and they told me to wait because both rooms were occupied. THEN i hear a nurse tell someone that the room was never occupied to begin with! NICE. The staff there lost my file when I was suppose to check out. How responsible. I have never hated a group of people more than the staff in this office. In summary, if you're looking for a disorganized, stressful trip, this is the place! I left crying. read more

I spend more time on hold when I call with a simple question than I spend with the doctors when I've been there. I've been to primary care docs there and specialists, and it's all the same--wham, bam, thank you, ma'am. Although I've been somewhat satisfied with the care that I have received there, I simply do not have the time to take hours off of work for each visit, or fifteen minutes on hold while waiting to leave a voicemail for a nurse. And the last couple of times I have been there, the whole ordeal took several hours each time, and these were just routine check-ups with simple lab work. So I do not recommend Emory Clinic if you're looking for a quick visit; I'd look for a solo practitioner or similar instead. Also, if you do decide to go here, just be advised that, aside from the potentially long wait, you have to request copies of your lab work after you receive the letter from your doctor stating the results of your lab work. So if you need the actual numbers right away, this could take some time. (The standard practice there is that the doctor sends a letter with the results, if there was no problem. This takes 7-14 days, as the staff there will admit that their mail is slow. Then if you need the actual results, you have to call and request those, and then wait another 7-14 days for those to come in the mail.) read more

All of my doctors are Emory Clinic docs-- Ob/Gyn, General, Neurology. I have never been disappointed by the Doctors. They are always intelligent and attentive. My one complaint is for the general practice-- the front desk staff is not very helpful and the waits can be very long. Once you are back to see a doctor, they are great. It can be trying at times waiting and dealing with the front desk staff. As for neurology, I would give them 5 stars! I see Dr. Neal Lava for my multiple sclerosis and he is wonderful. He has a great bedside manner, very compassionate, and he also has a great depth of knowledge and is always current with clinical trials and treatments. It really feels like a partnership with my health and well-being. read more

Extremely difficult to get messages completed from personal physicians. Central call back method for all of clinics does not work!!!!! There needs to be ONE NURSE FROM EVERY OFFICE be responsible for call backs. It took 8 phone calls to get one referral. There are 2 more referrals that I need. It's no wonder people give up and never follow thru with health care they need. No accountability for this terrible method of contacting your personal physicians. Tried to make a primary care appointment and was told that the entire clinic is booked for the infinity of the future and not available for any new patients until further notice. Was told that the only way to get an appointment is to periodically call everyday and hope that other patients have canceled their appointments. This is insane and unacceptable. How is the entire Emory primary care clinic in Atlanta booked for years and years ahead. It takes 10 mins minimum of wait time to actually get on the phone with a live person to even find out if there are spots open. Does Emory seriously expect their patients to call everyday and wait to maybe get an appointment only if another patient cancels theirs? Is this real life? Emory has a great reputation but to basically say that you have zero availabilities for years and years to come for any new patient seems very crazy. This makes Emory have 1000x worse of a wait time than any VA hospital. Still amazed that this is the reality I was told about regarding this clinic. ‍ read more

One star is too much. I have been an Emory patient since 2006. I deal with a brain tumor and multiple surgeries subsequently. I also have a very painful condition called Type 2 Trigeminal Neuralgia. I was recently hospitalized and had surgery. Saw pain doctor, Dr. Xiang, today. I deal with acute pain. I was basically offered nothing except phenobarbital which is a dog antiseizure med. Horrible drug. I am frightened not only for myself but all other chronic pain patients who are being turned away, or made to come off their pain meds. We have a crisis, alright, a pain medication crisis where people that need it aren't allowed it. What is going on? Is it government regulation? Either way is inhumane and barberic. Save your time, go to another state if you need to. Don't go to Emory. ER. Hopital. Or pain clinic. read more

I always have an awesome experience with Dr. Miller for my annual woman's wellness exam. She is personable and easy to talk to. She gives good insight and cares about her patients. My only gripe with Emory's system is that they ask you the same questions when you check in and when you go back before the doctor comes. read more

BEWARE! After a very disturbing experience I had today with the patient relations department at Emory I will no longer waste my time with this facility. Not only that but the doctor I see in the rheumatology department is very rude and the last 2 visits with her have been very unpleasant. 2 weeks ago I filed a complaint with the patient relations department about experiences I had with my rheumatologist. My case was assigned to a lady named Allison Brown and she said they had up to 30 days to investigate and come to a conclusion. I was not expecting anything to come of this but I wanted to reach a resolution with my doctor that I was satisfied with. Well 1 day ago I received a call back from Allison brown letting me know the investigation has been completed and she mailed me a letter and that when I receive it I could call her and we can discuss it. I asked her if she could email the response to me and she said she could. I read the response and it was full of excuses, hot air, and I still did not get the answers to my questions. I replied to Allison letting her know of this and other things. In my response to her I was not rude or disrespectful to her but just let her know of my dissatisfaction. I want to point out while in the middle of typing that email Allison called me and I let her know I was typing a response to her and she offered to call me back once she got it. Cut to this morning after getting off the phone with my grandmother I checked my email and saw I had an email from Allison. When I opened it it said "oh yeah and I did call her back while she was writing this awful email". Appalled I immediately called Allison and she did not answer so I called the customer service line and told them I wanted to speak to the supervisor of the patient relations department. I was transferred and got Allison. I let her know who I was and asked "why am I getting an email from you calling my email awful". She became silent, got amnesia, and said to not know what I was talking about so I pulled the email up and told her I could quote her words. While looking she stopped me and said I know what you mean. She then stated "that email was not for you to see" while sounding annoyed. Apparently she was responding to someone she forwarded my reply to. Wouldn't you know this woman started lying and saying "I was talking about the length of your email". I laughed and said "ma'am if you were talking about the length of my email you would have said awful long email. She then switched up and blamed me and said because I said in my email "But as I stated in my email I can clearly see now she has a pattern of acting this way with others given the reviews I read about her. So I guess on that issue it doesn't matter either. If that wasn't her intent it's obviously something she seems to repeat given by 2 negative reviews on her poor bedside manners that echo the same sentiments I did. Not only that her overall poor ratings of 2 stars" that I was attacking the doctor and being rude. I then said how is pointing out her poor bedside manners and the fact 2 other strangers on healthgrades have said the same things is being rude to her? When multiple people are saying how a doctor was rude, dismissive, etc to them then clearly the common denominator would be the doctor and instead of Allison doing her job and not being biased she immediately took the doctor's side, talked about me, and my email behind my back. That was HIGHLY unprofessional and rest assure since this happened to me I'm sure it has happened to other patients that have filed grievances against Emory doctors with patient relations. She just happened to get caught red handed and then tried to lie and blame me. Her pathetic apologies sounded so staged and annoyed. It's such a shame this is how Emory staff and faculty treat their patients and sick ones. People like Allison Brown should not have a job in patient relations and it is clear she is inept at doing her job without being bias, dishonest, and unprofessional. Not once was I ever rude, nasty or disrespectful to Allison and I even asked her had I ever been. Of course she got silent and said no you haven't been. As for my doctor in the rheumatology department I am no longer confident in her abilities to treat me as a patient or my autoimmune condition. She has been nothing but curt, rushes the visits, annoyed when you try and explain symptoms or answer her questions thoroughly, she interrupts you, doesn't listen well, refuses to prescribe you certain meds or give you recommendations, and has been downright rude to me. I am sick and have been for months and she has yet to do anything for me but ignore me. She will not let me start a particular maintenance medication I want to try, refuses to prescribe anything for my joint pain and nausea, and has not given me any solutions as to what to do. I have gotten worse and not better and it seems like a repeat of the same bad rheumy I saw last year in Alabama. read more

If I could give a 0, I would. This place used to be so well managed but I can't say the same anymore. I've been a patient at Emory for years. I've been waiting 3 MONTHS for a prescription. You read that right, 3 MONTHS. In addition to that, I've been waiting 2 months for an appeal to be sent to my insurance. They denied my typical insulin and asked I use a generic. I'm all about trying something less expensive, if it works the same. However, it hasn't. My blood sugar is barely below 200. For reference, my past A1C was 6.6 so I keep tight control on things. I've called the office every day, even speaking with supervisors for assistance. They tell me they're working on the appeal and it will be sent to insurance before the end of the week. Every week they give me the same response but my insurance has yet to receive anything. Emory even went to the extent to tell me they sent it two weeks so when I didn't hear anything from my insurance last week, I was shocked to hear they never received it. So Emory lied about submitting my appeal. I sent two messages through their patient portal over a week ago asking for help with getting my blood sugar down, I even included reports from my Dexcom for proof, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Last night, I just barely avoided an ER visit. My sugar was so high it didn't register on my Dexcom. After a couple of hours, I was finally able to get my sugar under 400. I'm absolutely horrified at the lack of response Empory has showed over the past 3 months. It's clear the value of patients lives is not important. I would go anywhere but here when looking for a doctor to help manage and maintain a healthy lifestyle for yourself. read more

This has resulted in extreme discomfort and is inexcusable behavior for a Dr and the Emory organization. Shameful. read more

I go to the Neurology portion of the Emory Clinic. I have quite possibly the stupidist neurological disorder-- Hemiplegic Migraines. Basically that means that I get horrible headaches and the left side of my body goes numb, and I have to take a crap-load of medicines for the rest of my life. Dr. Greg Esper is my neurologist, and I really like him. I transferred to him from Dekalb Med Center Neurology, and he immediately got me off 5 of the 10 different medicines I was taking without negative consequences. He's kinda a fast talkin' Yankee, but he's smart and thorough and funny. Only advice: if you think you might need to see a neurologist, go ahead and make the appointment now. I am amazed at how little the wait times are at the office. You check in for your appointment, and BAM! They call you back within a few minutes. I have not waited more then 5 minutes in the waiting room, and five minutes in the exam room for my doctor. Impressive! BTW, I go to the Endocrinology clinic, and, yes they are very busy. My doctor takes the time to address all of my concerns and questions, and discovered a problem that my local doctor never found. In all, I am very impressed with the care I am receiving at Emory, and will be transferring all of my care there. read more

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give zero stars. I have an autoimmune disease that I needed a new doctor for, since I had moved out to college. I thought that a well established university like Emory would have a great clinic for my needs. I was sorely wrong. I had to take an uber from class to get to my appointment, and after getting there thankfully getting there only 2 minutes late (it was high traffic time) they made me wait about 40 minutes in the waiting room. After taking me to the patient room, the nurse rudely and unapologetically informed me that since I was 10 minutes late, it would be hours until I would be able to see the doctor since he takes his time and had moved on to other patients. After informing her that I was barely 2 minutes late, and had been sitting in the waiting room all this time, she seemed extremely surprised and tried to apologize for her mistake, but still told me it would be hours until I could be seen. She even suggested that I make another appointment and come back another day, but I told her I was completely out of my medication and did not have that option as I did not have a car and had class most days. Therefore, I ended up waiting for a few hours until the doctor finally arrived. After giving me a quick checkup, he decided I had no problems and prescribed me a lower dose of my medication. He also gave me blood work to do, but since it was so late (because he made me wait so long) the Emory lab was closed. Therefore, he gave me the labs in hand and told me to go get them done anywhere, somehow expecting me to work around the fact that I was in college and didn't have a car. This was about a month or two ago. Now, after around 6 years of having my disease, I had my first flare up. I had a feeling that this was the case, so I immediately contacted the on call rheumatologist at this same clinic, hoping I could receive help. The would not provide any. She merely insisted that I had to wait out the weekend and I might be able to get an appointment in the next week or so if there was a problem. She would not provide any valid solutions, even though I and my family members pleaded with her. I was in extreme pain with a fever that would not subside, and despite communicating all of this to her, she had no compassion. In addition, in the interest of seeing a doctor as soon as possible, I inquired about seeing any doctor or nurse in the practice. They refused and said I had to see the one I saw the first time, because I was "an already established patient." Finally, I just ended up going to a local primary care doctor who took the actual time to examine me and found that, it was in fact a flare up of my autoimmune. If Emory could not even give me two minutes of their time for this, I don't know what kind of doctors they are. If you need help in any way, I would not recommend going to Emory Rheumatology. read more

Emory made an already bad medical experience even worse. First the doctor forgot to prescribe something to go with the pain killer. So I was constipated on top of being in pain. They called before the surgery wanting the full balance paid. I made a payment of 100.00 that they misplaced and had to reimburse me the 100.00. Then my account was sent to Financial Asset Management(FAMS) to make payments. The balance that Emory had was different then what FAMS had. I spent many hours on the phone trying to resolve the problem. The Emory Financial department was VERY RUDE. They disregarded emails and everything I said. I still think I over paid but can't get anybody to respond. They just stopped responding. read more

Yesterday I had a same day appointment at Emory Clinic because of intermittent shortness of breath with exertion. The appointment was with my primary doctor. It was for 3:20 but I was called in at 3:15. After my doctor didn't find any diagnosis immediately, she ordered an EKG and chest X ray. These also didn't show any abnomalities. After this, her staff hurried to get me in for a CT scan before closing time. I was out the door by 5:15. When I arrived home I had a message from them with the results showing a lot of health issues. I am so grateful to them for getting such a quick diagnosis. I think it would have probably taken weeks to get all that scheduled and gotten the results elsewhere. read more

I have always had an outstanding experience with Emory Doctors, Nurses, Hospitals and Clinics. I have always been treated professionally and with care. I have been an Emory patient for at least 20 years now. My elderly father is also a patient there and has been to see about every specialty. The level of care is top notch. Atlanta is fortunate to have such an institution. read more

I have been here so many times. Everyone is super nice. My Doctor is awesome and he saved my life. I also suggest the valet parking. It's not that expense and the guys are really careful with your vehicle. After seeing me so many times I still give thumbs up to all who work their. They still treat me like its my first visit. Emory called me to schedule a physical right after the birth of my child - I protested that I was under the care of my OBGYN and they pressed me to schedule an appointment. I had met my out of pocket maximums on insurance for the year so I figured why not. I get 2 reminder calls about my appointment. I go to my appointment per the reminder voicemails only to find out that indeed, I do NOT have an appointment that day but rather a month from that day. I had dragged my newborn baby up to their clinic for a physical I did not need or want, on a day I didn't have an appointment despite information stating to the contrary. After the mess of being told I don't have an appointment, a manager came to apologize - I asked for a parking validation to let me out of the garage since it was Emory's fault for the misinformation. I was told they're "hard to get". 20 minutes later, my baby crying (and pretty much me too at this point), I was able to wrestle a validation out of a manager. Needless to say, I will not be going back here ever, have requested my medical records and will seek primary care literally ANYWHERE else. read more

I have tried on two occasions to set an opinion with Dr. Jennifer Wrenn at the OB/GYN. The clinic was referred to me by my cousin. She gave it rave reviews. The first time I went I was on time. The receptionist was on the phone and once she call me up to the counter, I was one (1) minute late. She told me that the Dr. was running 1.5 hours behind on her clinics and could not see. She then rescheduled me again for today at 1:00pm. I went to the appointment, again on time, and was told that they did not have me scheduled for an appointment today. After locating my name in their system, another receptionist found me and said that my appointment was not until March 16, 2016 at 1:00pm. I live 1 hour away and told them that and they stated that there's nothing they can do. This is the worst. I now have to find a new OB/GYN. THEY ARE THE WORST. read more

I was frustrated when I left the dermatology department at the Emory clinic last month and even more frustrated when I got the large bill in the mail 3 weeks after my visit. I had a painful cyst that needed to be removed asap. But they could not remove it right away ,they needed to reschedule me for surgery...ugh and I could only get an appointment 3 weeks later ! The doctors were friendly but ultimately could not provide the care I needed . I got an appointment right away at another dermatologist that same week !! in Buckhead , Babcock dermatology on Roswell rd, they removed the cyst right away !!! read more
