I'm not sure when they opened but they are local right in town in Mohegan Lake right off of Route six. I ordered a bunch to try out including the seafood, the lobster, grilled eggplant, eggplant and roasted red pepper, chicken marsala and the Ruben. I'm currently sitting in bed and enjoying the rest of them and I can definitely say these are truly awesome.If you are a fan of empanadas, they have such an array to choose from, and even some vegetarian options. If you like dessert, they have those too! All I can say is I will definitely be coming back here again and again and I hope that they can stay in business and I will be telling everyone I know to check them out

My sister in law, husband, and I called the place to request a manager to contact us. Nobody reached out. We then went back to the restaurant with the raw chicken to show them exactly what had been served and eaten. They issued a refund, but completely dismissed our concerns. They refused to have a manager speak with us, either in person or over the phone, and showed very little concern or empathy for the situation. Due to the seriousness of this concern, we were adamant about contacting a manager. We persistently requested for the staff to contact management/the owner. Our number was provided and management never called. Finally, the owner Pia came... with a smirk on her face. The owner was extremely disrespectful, dismissive and unprofessional. There was a severe lack of accountability. To make matters worse, the owner who came out after us laughed as she drove away. The way this situation was handled was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Serving raw chicken is serious enough but the complete lack of concern afterward made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant.

They were nice and got me packed up quick. Got a chicken and a beef empanada. For the first time ever, I preferred the chicken to the beef. Not that the beef was bad, it was also solid, however the chicken was a cut above. With a bit of salsa, this was a much better lunch than usual.
