I should have taken the comments seriously. I thought i will take my chance, boy oh boy was i wrong First - the cutter used for the job was left on the back seat and it was open. Was covered by one of my mails. Husband almost got cut or the seat. Then the back door panel have gray finger prints and discoloration. Brand new 2022 car i use to work for 2 weeks and never had a passenger nor car wash. Called and explained hoping they would at least acknowledge the possibility if "soap and water" could cause it. Nope, apparently NO WAY that they have caused the finger print nor discoloration. And the man i spoke with was upset on me. Never again. I always check for review and one time i disregarded it this happened. I should have followed my instinct. read more

Empire Auto Glass is very good about coming out to our office to do windshield replacements for our fleet within a day or two of us calling unless its a special order then it takes a day or two longer. The installers are always very friendly, Have been using them for the last 3 years. read more

Had to take my car 3 times for them to fix their mistakes like leaving big air bubbles and ripping the tint. Even then, they still did a bad job; their cuts are jagged, they still left bubbles, the plastic around the windows was left damaged from their heat gun, they left their blade in my back seat open, and their customer service is just Horrible. I took my brand new car that isn't even a year old yet to get tinted here and they took 5 hours... well reason being is when I picked it up and paid and decided to go in my car all the lights were blinking crazy. So I go in and tell them what they did to my car and the owner said he had to jump start it. I said why it's a brand new car he said he had my car on while tinting the windows!! I said hey do you need my car on to tint windows?! And what was shady and sneaky is they couldn't tell me Before I paid. I had to ask them about it. So when I took it to auto zone they stated I now have a bad battery and need it replaced. I told the owner he said he would pay half the battery and when I showed him the receipt he simply didn't wanna pay. Certainly not a man of his word like he said he was. NEVER GO HERE! Called this place on Saturday, the told us the would tint 3 of my cars for $100 a each, told us to come in on Monday... called them Monday morning and they had no memory of me calling and and the price had go up to $125 a car. I was a bit upset but what ever it was still a good price but since no on remembered talking to us the appointment was moved to Tuesday. I take the cars to him on Tuesday to find out that price has gone up yet another $30 per car because apparently the words "all car" doesn't mean the eyebrow that goes on the front windshield. Then when I told the store manager i'm not going to get the tint done after all he told me " well your not going to find a cheaper price then that" I responded with "that's fine" I proceeded to get in my car at this point the the store manager yells out "it's okay I have 10 more cars lined up." read more

If i could Give them zero stars i would they suck at tinting windows i went and got my windows tinted twice cause they messed up they state they have warenty and when u come back they want u to pay again. My windows have been tinted for a month and the tints blue already . Plus they are way over priced rather go to charles tinting or tores tinting. This place is no good. read more

worst place in town please do not make same mistake my brother made took my dads truck to get windows tinted for fathers day first time they did a very crappy job so owner blamed it on needing a new back window fine my brother coughed out another extra 300 and something just to do a better job and nope they broke the frame on his truck window my dad was soo disappointed and devastated because now he stayed with a crappy job and a broken window gaskets the good thing is it not raining right now so now we have to find a professional to instal a new window gasket and if the owner sais that there is no record of my dads truck being there i can gladly provide recite moral of the story if they do a crappy job once most likely they will do it again shame on me for going twice ps i have to put one star to submit review but if it was up to me i would put negative -5 stars read more
