We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! Andrei's stood out both because it was the lowest price quote, and he had the best reviews of any other respondent. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did, because Andrei IS too good to be true, and yet he exists. Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and completely self-sufficient, the hinge replacement process started off great. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Above and beyond! The door works perfectly now, it's literally like a new door. And because the door was to my mother-in-law's bedroom, having Andrei provide this superlative service scored me a few points with her (well, at least for a few hours, until she found something else to grumble about). He also left the space clean, and was very courteous from start to finish. I am so thrilled to have found Andrei, because as a new homeowner, I am discovering fun new surprises in the house that I purchased late last year all the time. After that became exhausting, against my will, I realized that I was unable to keep the roof that I thought I could not live without, forever. I had John Dominick Cusumano, Inc. rip my roof off and replace it with a new asphalt shingle roof. Dominick and Donna, their receptionist, were very helpful in selecting out a shingle that still gave the old-world charm of my Pennsylvania slate that was falling apart. Cusumano was able to put back my old copper snow guards & ridges on the new asphalt roof, giving the new roof the old look that I loved. They were also able to add a new copper valley and copper trim to a dormer and give the new copper that old tarnished green look to match the old existing copper. I was so happy with their work that shortly after, I had them build a walk-in closet for my wife. After they had finished, I realized that there were too many shelves for shoes and not enough for clothes. After conveying this to Dominick, he sent his workers back the following week and reconstructed the closet to my wife's liking. The owners, Dominick and his brother, John are two exceptional gentlemen. They run a professional business and are very nice with their customers. Donna, the receptionist, always kept me abreast of the scheduled work. All their workers are very polite and professional, and always clean up at the end of the day. They made the building safer by stopping the people who were doing smoking and selling drugs in the laundry room and in front of the building. New tiles and new floors in both the shower and interior. New light fixtures inside the shower, sconces by the mirrors, and new exhaust fan.
