I figured it was a carburetor issue. I emailed one place and got nothing in return. Called Mow Power and the lady told me to bring it down and they would take a look at it. I walked into the store, and just felt like I was in the right place. I was greeted promptly, and the rep asked me for my info, and asked what was going on with the mower, all the while I felt like I was part of the family, a regular customer. He was up front and said it would be about a 2 week wait because they were starting to get backed up (spring time). I told him I understood. 4 days goes by and I get a text with an epic estimate. I agreed and an hour later got another text "Come get your mower! It's fixed!" Went in the same day, paid for the mower, joked around a little with the rep that helped me, as well as the one that took my payment. They had me meet them outside, and started the mower up 2 or 3 times, to make sure that it started. They even offered to load the mower into the trunk for me. This is a 5 star company here! they know how to do the job, and how to treat their customers. if you want a new company you can trust to fix your lawn equipment, go here. you WON'T be sorry!

He was very concerned with getting the rock and boulders placed exactly where I asked and was very careful with not letting it fall into the house or in the neighbors yard. These guys are GREAT. Can't say enough about all 3 of them, but especially Jeremy and Fernando because they have helped me a few times and their customer service, friendliness, and helpfulness have never wavered.
