It's a bit tough to find in the plaza as it's tucked in the back order (look for domino's, Empire is located just to the left of it in the corner). Great service and knowledgeable staff. Weekend nights do get busy. Mondays have a movie night (starts at 9pm). The movie selection is posted on their Instagram on Mondays. Bowls are packed nicely every time. Post 2020, they're using one time use hoses, but be free to bring your own hose, if you have one. They do have a well stocked fridge with variety of soft drinks, including some sugar free options. Ambience is casual with music playing in the background (sometimes edm, sometimes rap/hip hop/mix of those two). Today was my birthday and we arrived around 12AM but he says it's the next day so we don't count it and apparently the service doesn't "allow it". So after driving far from where we were at we decided to leave this establishment. This place is a vibe! I decided last minute to come on a Wed night at like 9pm just to have a late night hookah session and check the place out as there are no hookah spots in my area. You walk in and right away a man greeted me, asked me how many, told me to scan the QR code for the menu and sat me down. There are couches everywhere with pillows and each area has it's own table. This is a really nice lounge. Driving up to it, you wouldn't expect to find such a nice sized and clean hookah lounge in the strip mall. The decor on the inside and the couches they had were very nice and comfortable. As a person smoking hookah for the last 20 years, the hookah was just ok. Luckily I brought my flavor savor or else that bowl wouldn't have lasted 30-40 mins. The tobacco brands they carry are Fumari and Tangiers. The coal service was quick and the service from the people working there was very swift and good. Along with hookah, there is a game room with darts, pool table and I believe a gaming console. Among the usual precautions of staff wearing mask and dividers set up between al of the couches, they also didn't allow you and your friends share a hookah. Yes, this means it's more money you are spending but love that precaution. They also use disposable hoses. They are given to you in a sealed back and you connect the hose on your own. The prices are pretty good also. For about two hours we smoked one round of hookah for around $20 with our yelp check in. Been here twice with a friend and both visits were great! Glad to see that a local hookah bar is still thriving during the COVID-19 outbreak and even better they are open later than most. Both of my visits here were great experiences. Music was great, diverse playlist to set the vibe. There was only one employee working during peak hours but still managed to provide great service (changing coals, moving them around, checking up on us) and was of great assistance guiding us through the menu choices. Just a few things that I should mention before visiting is that you should call or read their updated policies/rules on their website. Key things that I want to mention is that upon arrival you will be subjected to a temperature check, menus will be digital (on their tv screen or through their website on your phone), and every person in your party needs to order their own hookah, in other words no sharing. They will provide you with a disposable hose. It's a lot more expensive but I guess it's for the better. For the most part, the place seems clean and well kept. The employee does keep up with sanitizing surfaces. There is also plexiglass barriers that are installed between each couch/section. Just keep in mind that you are in an enclosed environment, those barriers won't save you, and you will be inhaling everyone's smoke so if you're sick, do everyone a favor and keep yo sick ass at home! read more

There are tons of games, from COD to every Mario game imaginable. The main space is very dimly lit with an array of TV's playing music or television shows. On Mondays they hold movie nights. Probably one of the best things I love about this place is how the workers treat you. When you talk to Eric it's like you're talking to a friend you've known for years. Everyone working there is really friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. It adds to the chill vibe you get from here where you feel like you're not in a business but maybe in Foreman's basement, except in the "circle" everyone is smoking hookah. But once you step foot through the front doors, you're quickly greeted by an inviting staff and a chill environment. The lounge is huge with multiple areas for your group to hang out. They even have an arcade/game room with a pool table, darts, etc. for your entertainment. The best part of Empire is the service. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is good, not only with your hookah, but with your overall experience. Don't hesitate to ask for suggestions if you're unsure about what to smoke! The one thing I suggest is to ventilate the lounge a bit more. "Old smoke" is definitely a thing and once a space is filled with it, it's hard to smoke and enjoy your own flavors when your area is filled with five other types of hookah smoke. I've been coming to Empire for a little over three years now and I love it more than I did when I left my first review. The atmosphere had only gotten better over time. Of course with Covid, smoking inside the lounge is a no for now. But Sean has set up comfortable area outside the lounge that is spaced appropriately for us to be able to continue smoking, safely of course. You will get your temperature checked before you're seated and place your order. You're required to wear your mask when not smoking/drinking(non-alcoholic bev). Everyone is given a disposable hose to use. The customer service has stayed friendly and impeccable. Hookahs are brought out fast and coal service is timely. They have a good amount of couches and chairs. The atmosphere is good. Its dim, good music, flat screen TVs, and comfy couches.There was 5 of us and we ordered one hookah with tobacco and one without. I forgot which flavors we got both they were both good. The one with tobacco was really strong and the one without was nice and smooth. Both were good though. I was with the one with tobacco most of the time so I was super light headed by the time we finished. My head was spinning. We had a good time though. The hookahs are always kept extremely clean, the kindness of the staff is wonderful, the knowledge behind everything is superb.
