I was in the Pomona area and decided to check this hookah spot out. It's located in a VERY busy part of Downton Pomona. I came in about midnight so it was still fairly empty, but the owner said it gets more crowded and busy around 1-2am, and closing at 4am. There's a few bars/clubs that are next to this spot so expect a lot of foot traffic and moving cars. Parking is about a block away in parking lot area but you could try your luck in parking in front of this place (don't bother). When you enter this hookah spot they not only ID you but they also pat you down to make sure you're clean. Inside is a pretty cool vibe with some fairly loud rap music playing and a few TV's playing music videos. They have a bunch of different hookah flavors and I got the Blue Ballz. Hookah is about $30 a piece. He made it in about 5 minutes and the hookah was great! The vibes were definitely good and the ambiance was quite enjoyable. If you want a spot to CHILL, this is cool - but don't come here at 1-2 am if you're not trying to be in a crowd and possibly loud people (most people are probably drunk and leaving the bars/clubs at that point) Overall, I'd definitely come back here with my friends! read more

Went here with a friend on a Friday night. 4/5. -I don't know much about hookah and not going to pretend I do. I asked the worker and he was kind and asked what I liked and provided suggestions and some popular picks. They got some funny named flavors and you can customize your own flavor. I believe we customized ours to mint, pineapple, and watermelon. Choice of 3 flavors. Hookah- 4/5 I liked it. I can't say it was bad or amazing because first time. It was all around very smooth and it made me feel relaxed. Ambiance- Music was playing and had some tv's showing some music videos. Place was spacious and very very chill. We were the only ones here but past 11pm people started to show up. Best part to this place was the fluffy clouds on the wall where you can lean your head back lol. Would I come here again? Swung by with a group of friends on a Friday night around 1:30AM. Lots of people walking around since the clubs were closing, but parking wasn't a problem despite that. There was a queue with bouncers in front. The main guy was pretty chill and let us smoke 2 sets for $70 paid upfront. He directed us to the back and to pick our flavors from the workers there. The worker didn't direct us to where we should sit and instead told us that we can't sit at the seats near the counter because they were for VIPs.. despite there being no seats and us paying. I had to nag a little bit to finally get seated and we eventually ordered two of their house mixes. The bowls were packed very well, but the entire experience was unenjoyable. It probably has to do something with it being the weekend, but it definitely felt like they were "the after party" after the clubs were closed. People were constantly hovering behind me probably waiting for seats. I think they had a DJ because the music was BLARING. They eventually had to sit another 2 people with us, but those two ended up leaving and gave us their hookah because they didn't like the music. Eventually, we ended up cutting our losses and left after maybe 40 minutes because it wasn't enjoyable to smoke. The coal service was all right given that they were busy and the hoses they were using for sets were the cheap plastic ones that crumple up, making it annoying to smoke. Truthfully, The Shisha Room is really fun for people who don't care about hookah that much and want to just party and hang out. The tables out in front were dancing and getting hyped up over the loud music. If you're someone that smokes shisha fairly often, I'd recommend to come back during a weekday or when it's slower. Good spacious bathrooms, two bathrooms no stalls so you have it all to yourself. This is a good place to go if you actually know they people you're hanging out with. Horrible place, they got bad and limited flavor selection, we stayed there for 2 hours and no one bothered to change our coals. The guy passed by us like 3 times changing coals for people but not checking on us. For $28 a hookah I would expect at least a decent service. Stay away from this place. read more

This is a cool little spot. I came here last minute on Memorial Day weekend. It was Monday night so there weren't a ton of people here. It's fairly small inside. It's not a, but there's definitely enough room for four people to sit on one couch in the corner, and be completely across the room from other patrons. Prices here are super affordable and the service is great. The atmosphere of this place is also cool. Music is up, the game was on, the lights were down. It's a really chill place. I feel like on the weekends it really gets poppin. It's not the fanciest place. The couches could use some updating. A wall or two should come down by the pool table, and actual drinks in cups or a better selection of drinks should be sold here. The lighting is real cool. They have a strobe light in the front. I came to this spot because I was at my friends house in Pomona and didn't feel like driving all the way to my favorite hookah lounge in the OC. I can honestly say the hookah hit so smooth and the shisha was so flavorful. I was highly impressed. Every time I smoke hookah I do a fruit head and a ice tip, the ice tip stayed cold the whole time and the staff made sure the coals stayed burning. They had a DJ that kept the crowd entertained, and they also have videos playing on the tv screens. I can't remember if they served food or not but I definitely remember there is no alcohol. I forgot the guys name that helped me but he was really buff (great eye candy ladies) and personable. The prices are very reasonable and it's in a great location. read more

The Pricing on this hookah lounge is the cheapest in pomona from the lounges ive been to starting at 15.99$ per hookah including many other perks that can be bought. They have many hookah setups and flavors from Starbuzz, Al Fakher, and Houses mixes with nothing but clouds until the very end and who knows if you're even sitting near the window you'll be able to get a show of all the messy drunks at Carnaval the club next door . Me and my friends come all the time because the atmosphere is chill but still fun. There's a DJ every Friday and Saturday and that's when it's the most fun. You can come everyday for latenight fun when everything else is closed and Rob the manager always knows what good mix to make so ask for him if you come through. If you come on the weekend come early to get a spot and also if you have nothing to do when the bar closes it's open til 3 on Friday and Saturday! always good clean hookah especially in comparison to all the places in the area who have old and dirty hookahs.
