None of them have ever charged if a plate is broken. Second of all, if you are operating on such a shoestring budget that you can't absorb a CHILD breaking a plate, you have far bigger issues. Third (and last) of all, if you are so jaded working in hospitality that you are berating people, loudly complaining about your guests in front of them, and just generally have a bad attitude, it's probably time to find another line of work (that doesn't involve interacting with people). The man made small talk with my boyfriend while the kid checked me in, it was super easy, almost everything was done on a tablet with only a small piece of paper to fill out. Within 5 minutes, we were entering our room. The room was a little warm but otherwise huge and clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave, blow dryer, large TV, wi-if, plenty of towels and pillows and he bed was gigantic and comfy. Overall, we had a very nice stay at the Colwell Motor Inn and I absolutely suggest if you're needing a place to stay near Ritzville, WA that you give them a chance! I would have given them five stars if I didn't have to say 'eventually' in that last sentence. For what it was, a hotel on the road, it was perfectly acceptable.

It's served for 3.5 hours every day. The hotel is right next to a lot of eating establishments. There is always a place to go. Domino's will deliver right to your room. Nightly they lay out cookies for everyone and coffee is available 24/7. All in all, I was absolutely taken care of. I miss home and know if I ever travel, I can stay here again. Thanks y'all.

I honestly couldn't really find a negative thing to say about this place other than I wish they would put lotions in their rooms.
