Turns out, they didn't even have the part on hand, despite BOTH the app as well as their store computer showing otherwise. This reminds me of when I was looking for a part at Lowe's, only to discover the aisle location was totally wrong. This suggests their inventory practices are questionable. Needless to say, I will never purchase an item online with AutoZone ever again. I ended up driving to a totally different store on George Dieter just to get LIGHTBULBS! And when I got there, guess what the store manager said, "Hmm...you bought this online? I would never do that again." I plan to take this advice. Sometimes, first impressions are a b*tch. AutoZone is still a good place to get simple parts right quick. But this one gets 1 inept online ordering system out of 5; mainly due to dubious inventory practices.
