During that time I was given a loaner vehicle that was very old and in poor condition. I informed them three weeks in advance that the inspection sticker on the loaner car was about to expire. Despite several phone calls, no one seemed to know anything about it or take responsibility. Eventually I had to take time off work to get the loaner car inspected. Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner. Overall, the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer service was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend at all.

The individual who owns this company goes by the name of Chay. We received an estimate of $2,100 for the following work to be completed: 1. To paint the hood and the roof of the truck 2. To ceramic coat the entire truck We paid the $2,100 up front so as to begin the work. (This was our fault and a huge mistake that Chay took advantage of) *He had our truck for almost 5 months. *He made excuses weekly as to why our truck wasn't ready *He falsely claimed that there was a pre factory paint defect so we took the truck to four separate specialists in the field that debunked his theory *He took our truck elsewhere to be painted w/o our knowledge or permission. It was painted only, no clear coating was done. He said he would do that at his shop *The excuses continued until we finally demanded that he finish the work so we can pick up our truck. It had been 4 months by this point *He ended up refusing to apply the clear coating or refund any of our money for the incomplete and shawty job *He ended up only returning $100.00 and gave us the truck dirty and filthy with the antenna missing. We could not believe he turned the car over to us not only incomplete but in a dirty, filthy condition and with the pinstriping literally hanging from the side! *He was unprofessional,sarcastic,rude, arrogant, deceiving and disrespectful throughout our entire experience with him We are passing on this information to the public so that hopefully no one else will have to experience the nightmare that we went through dealing with this unprofessional individual. We had our car repaired here a month…read moreago (brake booster and alternator) - and it had started to make the same noise again so we took it back to them. Also immediately after the repair was done the cruise control was not working and the car would not shift out of park unless the emergency release button under the steering column was pushed. We took it back to them this morning to have them check and make sure it had been done correctly and see if maybe something was just loose or not adjusted right when they did the original repair. Which we thought would be no big deal because when we picked it up last month the tech (who was very nice) told my husband that if there was any problem just to bring it back and he'd take care of it. Anyway, they had it all day and then called me at 5 saying that the brake booster was working properly as was the cruise control but that when test driving they had noticed that there was a rough noise during shifting. So they had repaired something and my total was $79.xx. I was a little confused because I hadn't asked them to check out anything to do with shifting while driving - and had never noticed a problem. Also, asked why they hadn't called for authorization of repair and charges. I was told by the sweet, polite, dum dum in the first photo that if I didn't pay he was going to tow my vehicle away from his shop. He then said I should talk to the manager. A woman got on the phone and I proceeded to tell her about how I was confused that they would repair something I hadn't asked them to repair without my approval. She said that they couldn't call "because it needed to be fixed right away". lol. Umm? Then she said they were not charging for the repair just a diagnostic fee. I pointed out that the sign they display on the street says they give free diagnostic checks. She said "that's only when we decide". ok. She said they were saving me money by just charging for diagnostic and not the repair. So I asked what exactly the repair was and what would have been the cost of the repair. She put me on hold. Next the technician got on the phone. He was very kind and politely told me that there was some confusion between him and the dum dum at the counter and that he had not actually repaired anything. Also, he was told by dum dum to check the Overdrive system - which was not on our complaint list. I'm not sure where he got that from. Anyway, I told the tech that I was confused - I was being told that I was being charged for a repair, but no repair was done. He then said that I was being charged a diagnostic fee on the brake booster. So I reminded him that he had just repaired the brake booster last month so shouldn't that be covered under the warranty of that repair? He said he would talk to the others in the office and call me back, that he would try and get it taken care of. In the meantime I picked up my husband from work and we went to the repair shop. As we pulled up we saw that our truck was locked behind a chain link fence and that the people we had presumably talked to were running around out front pulling in their signs from the road and trying to get in their own vehicles to leave. We got out and asked the girl what was going on and she said they were closed and that everyone had left. (At 5:35 when the sign on the door states 6:00.) We asked for our vehicle and she told us to "call the cops, you ain't getting your truck till you pay us". We tried to talk to her, explain our confusion and ask exactly what had been repaired. She had no answers. And nothing in writing stating what had been repaired. And apparently the technician had stormed out after I spoke with him and was not able to be reached. We went round and round and she finally decided she could find a paper with the repair listed on it. She went inside, locked the door after herself and several minutes later produced a paper stating that we were being charged for "diagnostics of brake booster". We tried to point out that they had just repaired the brake booster and that this should be covered under the warranty but she would not listen. She said she had to leave, they were closed and she had to feed her daughter. In order to get our truck released we had to pay them for this fee. I know it is not an astronomical amount, but it is just so ridiculously frustrating that we were charged for this. I still don't think anyone knows exactly what they are talking about, they kept changing the story. And apparently everyone did not leave because after we paid them dum dum and his friend came around back to release my truck.

We will be shipping our vehicle overseas as part of a military move and the shipping center requires the vehicle be "white glove inspection" clean, and WOW did Steve provide exactly that!!! Steve is a veteran and actually researched the Vehicle Processing Center's standards so he can ensure all the requirements will be met. My CRV is cleaner now than when we drove it off the lot. The El Paso desert dust had set in throughout the interior and exterior, under the hood, and in the undercarriage. Additionally, we have a dog who rides regularly in the car and sheds heavily. All manner of dust and per hair were GONE!!! The engine compartment looks like a showroom car. The level of detail in the service provided is unlike any I have ever seen before. I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).
