The problem with that is that one of the parts was in the kit that we had already purchased they just didn't look, the gentleman says, "oh yeah, my bad" Another week goes by, and we are told another part is broken, we buy that. We call and ask for status, and we are told "sorry the technician doesn't know what he's doing its not done yet let me get another tech." After three weeks of having my son's car and almost $2500 dollars later, we get my son's car. After my son gets his car he takes it for a ride, THE FRONT TWO WHEELS WERE NOT COMPLETLEY PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!!!!!! That could have resulted in a fatality. My son then texts the gentleman that he has been in contact with this entire time "Martin" and sends pictures and videos to him and he says, "all good now tho?" my son said "it wasn't put on fully" he then text back "ok". That's it nothing else, not even a single apology. Finding a reliable mechanic in El Paso has been a nightmare and now to add this experience to it I am at a loss.

This location is very organized and clean which makes it easy to shop around for what you need. If you cannot find what you are looking for, they will help you find it. They usually have two or more people at the registers which makes the wait time really fast. They have many locations throughout El Paso, TX which is great incase of an emergency. As I was standing there waiting for my turn I realize that almost every single customer was requiring these guys to leave the store and go out to their car to help them.
