1) Got a phone quote on a new pool liner from Empire...499$ or 599$ for thicker gauge. 2) Ordered pool liner-paid 599$ on 5/19. Told it will take 10-12 business days. 3) I received a call 1 week later advised it would cost me 799$ and take an additional 10-12days due to special order due to size (this was discussed during phone quote). During this call we discussed how unhappy we were and was advised they were sorry! Really my old liner was already removed. I'm now backed into a corner with no choice to order from them. 4) It's 6/14! I'm still waiting for my pool liner!!! Very disappointed!! I loved Empire until this. How can a company run this way?! Once I get my liner I will never return and everyone I know will hear about my awful experience! Should have went with the first online quote of 630$. Thought I was getting a deal with Empire at 599$ and always want to support a local business!!! They don't deserve one star, but apparently I can't post this review without giving them something. read more
