Either people don't care about spending the money or they are completely misinformed. I needed two tires replaced. Mounted and balanced. I already purchased the tires on my own. He gave me a price of $150 a wheel!!Which is absurd. That's $300. I can buy all four tires for under $280. I went over to my guys at ETD in Hackensack and payed $84 before tax. That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story.

Called at 10:29 PM (7185358008) to check to make sure whether my car was towed or stolen. A man…read morepicks up and basically tells me it's late and to call tomorrow after 9 AM. His services from three separate websites states that he is 24/7. I ask for his name and he refuses to give it to me, then I tell him I will call the police since I have no clue who took my car. He told me he picked up my car in the late afternoon and does not remember what type of car, color, which lot he towed it to, and that he's home on the bed. I'm not sure if he knows what advertising 24/7 service means. I tell him I will go pick it up now to avoid the storage cost and he ignores me. I tell him what's the approximate cost and he tells me he doesn't want to go back to the office and grab his calculator (his exact words). Police arrives and calls him and asks him what time I could pick it up, and that the mystery man behind the towing remembers where it was located. He changes his tune and says that it will be available for pickup between 11 AM - 2 PM since he's not sure himself. The police recommended that I file a civil lawsuit: take pictures of all his sites with the hours of operation, make sure to tell the mystery man to break down all the charges, especially the overnight storage, and to log the time and expense for me to get my car. Obviously I do not recommend this company since they blatantly lie on their hours of service, unethically charging more money for storage fees, and refusing to provide his name.

He is the reason for the 5 stars review. He did exactly what I wanted and he did it so fast. Very communicative. I received photos of every move he made. The final photo is my bike in front of the shop. I felt very at ease. I highly recommend this company.
