Firstly I was told that this tow truck company would come and retrieve my car in less than an hour. It took over three hours with them constantly pushing the time later and later each time I called. Thankfully Elvis managed to get my car to the auto body shop in one piece and all was well! Upon getting my car from the auto body shop this morning and driving home i noticed that the tow hitch was still in the front of my car which i tried to pull and get out. I called the company since they mistakenly left it in and spoke to rich, Richard, who would not give me his last name although he obviously knew mine. He told me try to do it myself or come to Manhattan. I told him i couldn't and i wasn't coming out to Manhattan from Brooklyn for something that was their fault. He then had the nerve to ask me if i had a boyfriend or a husband to which i responded no I'm a single woman what in the world. He was beyond unprofessional and unhelpful!!!!! I can not speak to prices because it's a fleet vehicle so I never see the cost. This is not a fancy place where you go in, wait, have coffee in the lounge etc. It's a dirty- greasy garage- and as long as they stay as fast and courteous as they were- that's plenty good for me.

Terrible and extremely unreliable service. State Farm dispatched this tow company to me TWO…read moreseparate times, and both times I was left waiting for hours only for the service to eventually be cancelled. The first time was especially frustrating because they claimed the driver had arrived, when no one ever showed up. I was there waiting and never saw a tow truck or received proper communication from the driver. Then after hours of waiting, the tow was cancelled. State Farm tried dispatching them again, and once again I waited for hours just for them to cancel. Having car trouble is already stressful enough without a tow company repeatedly accepting a job they apparently cannot complete. If you cannot make it, just communicate that instead of leaving someone stranded for hours. After two separate incidents, I would not consider this company dependable at all.
