The technician who showed up is Rueben and he was fantastic. He examined the systems and then explained all work that needed to be done and gave specific pricing for the work. The hubbs and I only had a specific amount to spend at this time on the system, so Rueben let me know what had to be done immediately to ensure we'd have AC throughout the summer, and then what we could wait on, but need to have done by early fall. We had to wait on some parts, but Rueben gave us a realistic time frame and let us know when he'd be back to install the parts. He was very thorough and I sincerely appreciated how well he explained everything he did. I will definitely be scheduling my follow up appointment in the fall, and I am now using Comfort Masters for annual maintenance on my ac/heating systems. Fast, friendly, and reliable service from a company that hires exceptional employees. That works for me!

I paid him $2,029.69 in 2023 and when it broke again, another $1,085 to a different technician to fix it. In total, his bad work cost me over $3,114.69

Soon after we moved in it needed service, they would not come out for the warranty work. A factory freon line failed and all the freon was gone. They nor the factory would do anything. I called out another contractor that repaired the line, recharged the freon. That cost $1600 out of my pocket. More is going wrong, and other contractors have said this is a bad manufacturer. Soon I'll have to do a total replacement at 3-times the original cost. I'm very sorry I used them and I will not use them or recommend them to others. We needed and good job and did not get that!

They have been a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. I've requested their service three times since we moved in. Once for an assessment, once fir a problem and today to move forward with two of their recommendations. Their crew were great guys, polite, respectful and very neat and clean. Every area that they had to walk on was covered and vacuumed when they left. We had a crew of four and all were excellent. The main point of contact for us is Cory. He does all the tech evaluation, assesses the problem and fixes on site unless it needs equipment that needs to be ordered and replaced. Cory checked in three times today, once in person. I recommend highly and plan on using them going forward. If I could rate 6 stars, I would.

These guys are so honest and reliable....my unit was down about 1/3 capacity of Freon. Mark refilled it even using a scale to weigh the Freon cylinder to ensure I knew how much my unit was taking to be back a capacity! I have never seen this type of honesty in my life. It was 101 outside while he was working in direct sunlight and once he was done r3efilling my unit, he took the time to wash out both of my AC units with a hose so the grills are sparking clean. I can't recommend this company enough - they are UNBELIEVABLE! Please use them, you will thank you lucky "cool air" stars!
