I spend LOTS of money at BB. I have had a membership here for years. The girl who helped me was rude and obviously didn't enjoy her job. I was simply talking to her about my membership package, and she kept saying " it is what it is" and I mentioned to her that she probably shouldn't tell the customer that and she said "it is what it is " again and so I cancelled my membership because of her hateful attitude! I spend $89 a month for unlimited everything and I deserve to be treated better than how I was treated. I left my first review because she whined to me that a woman didnt like her and left a bad review so that was fake. This is a teenager hangout not a place of businesss. The little girls that are supposed to be working are always there being distracted by their little boyfriends. They should just start selling frozen yogurt and play the Disney channel. Also the GM Kristen tried to get me to call her owner her exact words " he won't listen to me but he will listen to you" she told me people were getting burnt and having rashes from Avery not cleaning beds. She tried to get me to get one of her little girls best friends fired I have proof that I will give to the owner. DO NOT GO HERE Palm Beach is the move or literally ANYWHERE else. Not the vibe at all. And they are too expensive for the nasty beds.
